Overall, a very nice and comfortable unit to stay in.
They do not have a Kuerig or A/C. I did end up plugging in the portable AC, which is loud, and still requires leaving door and window open. Because these windows are on the far side of the unit, there is very little airflow into the kitchen. The heater was on to 75 when I arrived at 10:00pm, so it took some time to cool it off.
IMO, this unit is better enjoyed during the late fall, winter, or early spring due to no AC.
As to coffee (aka, nector of life), I don't like traditional coffee makers, especially for one person. After an attempt to use the coffee maker, making a mess, and not enjoying the flavor of provided coffee, I ended up buying a coffeehouse coffee and just reheating it in the morning.
The property management company sent a text asking if there was anything they could provide to make my stay more comfortable. I responded, "yes, a Kuerig", to which they responded, "Sorry, the owner does not have one for this unit".
