In the main living area, relax on the comfortable sofas that surround the gas fireplace and flat-screen TV, creating a warm and inviting ambiance ideal for unwinding after an active day at Winter Park Resort or in the nearby town. The dining area can accommodate four guests, with additional seating available at the breakfast bar. The charming kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, newly installed hardwood flooring, and cabinetry, and is fully equipped with all necessary cookware, dishes, and utensils, allowing for the preparation of delightful meals during their stay. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, ample space, a flat-screen television, and a modern bathroom featuring new countertops, new cabinetry, and updated flooring. The second bedroom is also furnished with a custom bunk bed and provides access to the main hallway bathroom, which has been similarly updated with new countertops, new cabinetry, and flooring. It is essential to mention that air conditioning is not provided. Building 20 is situated at the upper end of the 15 to 20 cul-de-sac on the property, within a brief walking distance to the Clubhouse and just a few steps from the complimentary town shuttle stopThe Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee. Condo was as described / pictured. Communication was great. Bus to the mountain is right across the parking lot and easy. Bathrooms are dated, but everything else was comfortable and updated. Was a great surprise to have some games and toys for our kids in the condo!
