Took my family to LegoLand the hotel was walking distance from the area not only that they were very welcoming clean and great customer service ! Highly recommend booking with this wonderful hotel

Good location for the occasion but need to improve

I would like to express my concerns about the cleanness of the hotel. By this comment I do not want anyone to lose their jobs it just a concern and hopefully it can get fix. When we first arrived to our room we noticed that it had an unlikely smell then we went to the bathroom and noticed it was not clean. I mean from the toilet top through the walls. There was some stain in the walls. We then drove to CVS to buy some disinfectant wipes to clean the bathroom and around the areas. That’s the reason for three stars. Hopefully we get to travel to this location again at a better circumstances. Best of luck!

This room was clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival! There were greasy fingerprints all over the room, cup stains on every surface, hair left in the shower. On top of that everything was out of order in the breakfast area which is a huge selling point when people are on vacation counting on having that included! Super disappointing, and definitely will not return-do better!

Staff was excellent. I was traveling alone, so the location was not a concern for me. The room was not clean. Stains on the floor, filth on the hair dryer and walls of the bathroom. Gum stuck on the ceiling. I wouldn’t stay here if you have small children. The price can be matched somewhere else.

Room was clean but there was a musty smell. The property itself needs updating. There is also not an elevator. Even though it’s only 2 floors, not good for someone with asthma or other health issues. Overall, the hotel served its purpose for the 5 days. Main thing for me, it was clean and there were no bugs at all.

Dirty, fire hazard and just yuck!

Not so good. Tub was filthy- after cleaning myself to shower found out why. Drain all plugged up. Kleenex box holder is loose and coming off wall. Fire dept would have a field day with the holes drilled in the walls to put extensions through for all the power bars in the room. By the coffee pot is so not safe!! And the one under the tv attached to the wall with the tv, fridge, lamp, and antenna plugged in!! We didn’t even charge our phone until morning in the car. And breakfast was a joke! Pancakes and 1 banana! I’m a diabetic, nothing healthy to eat! Had to go to restaurant, another couple said same thing and showed up at same restaurant after us.

I require a handicap room. The bathroom and shower were perfect and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the entire room clean. Cleaning crew was nice and left extra as requested. The location was also great. Within 5-10 minute drive to a lot of restaurants.

Great Bang For Your Buck!

Nicely updated rooms with friendly staff. Great bang for the buck when you are not wanting to spend a ton on a room just to lay your head down at the end of a long day. The only downfall to this property is its close location to a gas station and train tracks which provided some late night noise. Other than that, our stay was great!
