I found the room to be cozy and clean. The hallways were obviously vaccumed on a regular basis. I had a very comfortable stay, not worrying about cleanliness at all. The pools were sparkling and appropriately separated for different age groups.

Staff were great, unfortunately the pool was under maintenence and not available. (Expedia handled things well since they were not aware). The themed rooms come with a nintendo switch which was a fun thing for the family to do. Parking was not ideal for with a trailer, no pull through locations available, so you will need to detach more than likely. Most of the breakfast selection including eggs and fruit was gone by 730, so get there early. Hotel is near a train yard so outside the hotel was quite loud but there was no noise transfer in the room. Rooms were clean and smell free, updated, and overall really nice. Themed rooms came with all you would need to cook a meal as well! Great hotel if you are an overnight traveller but would use caution if you are towing a trailer of any size.

Really enjoyed my stay, breakfast was provided and had lots of options, laundry, gym and pool facilities were excellent and shopping and dining options were fairly close. The only complaint i have is that the shower head should be replaced because it has very poor water pressure.

Hi, my family and I stayed at this hotel because we folllwed the other reviews, which seemed that it was a nice hotel to stay at. We were placed on the main floor which i thought was awesome. We were in our room only to drop off our luggage and had to leave until we got back at 11p.m. we normally push the beds together because we have 6 year olds and want to keep them in the middle so they don't roll off the bed. Around 1 a.m. my wife complained of getting bit. She had 3 bite marks on her left hand. We found 3 little red bugs on her pillow. I squished them. And we searched the linen for more. We couldn't find anything else till my wife spotted a bed bug crawling out from under the base boards. It was a 3rd the size of a lady bug. I managed to put it in a tissue. I immediately took it to the front desk where the worker kinda didn't believe me till he saw it. He then proceeded to squish it aggressively. I of course wanted my family to be removed from the room. They said we could move to the 4th floor. We had no choice but to stay in the hotel as it was now 2 in the morning. I got my family to switch rooms. My children were grossed out and now scared. It was a horrible night and really hard to get back to sleep. We had to look through all the linen but till we figured it was clear. Its now 3 am in the morning and we were so tired. Next i couldnt go to sleep as we could hear the train brakes all night long. A main loading area about a km away. We will not be back ever again!
