We stayed for one night to catch an early flight and chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport. The front desk staff at check in was pleasant but the hotel overall seemed outdated and run down. Sheets and bed looked clean enough, but the carpets and bathroom tiles looked pretty grimy and in need of replacing. We were in a room located just off the elevator and it was very noisy all night long. Took an early morning shuttle to the airport and the staff who helped us were all lovely.

I lost a blanket, forgot a blanket. And they must have thrown it away. It was my son’s blanket since he was 1. My daughter’s before him. We’re sad we couldn’t get it back.

Honestly, was the dirtiest hotel we ever stayed at. Definitely run down, definitely lacking maintenance. The floors were filthy as soon as you walked in. It was a bit windy, sounded like half of the exterior was flapping in the wind from our room. I was shocked at the overall cleanliness and condition of the building, felt like we were staying at a budget motel but paying 200$ a night. Will never book here again. Even the shuttle was filthy. Didn’t want to put any of our luggage down as it was going to be covered in dirty slushy road grime.

The check in was great room was fine but your pool needs work. There was no towels in there and the walk back to the front desk to ask for some was a distance. Then they have to call someone to bring some. Had to walk back wet so that could’ve been better and maybe a couple of chairs in there for people who aren’t swimming.
