We loved staying here again - and doing stuff in town and at Cypress Creek which were both easy to get to. The 4th of July parade was a lot of fun!

It was great

The property was very nice The house was arranged very nice and very comfortable. We had everything we could ever need there. Lots of towels nice beds nice porches with rockers and furniture. Very nice place to stay.

Perfect Hill Country Stay

We loved this place! The cutest stay right outside of downtown Wimberly. Easy access to the downtown shops & local wineries. The house was clean and cozy with everything you needed to stay in for the night. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the porch as the weather was perfect! Great nature escape for us coming from Houston.

This is a perfect place for a weekend in the Texas Hill Country. The front and back porch were a wonderful place to relax or drink your coffee in the morning and watch the deer. The rooms are spacious and the beds were comfortable. The location is wonderful with just a short drive to downtown shops and restaurants.

Great getaway cottage!

The perfect place for a long weekend. We had everything we needed, including coffee, and it was very convenient to town. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the mornings, and by the firepit at night. We also liked taking walks to the creek when all the wildflowers were in bloom. Recommend!

Home away from home

This was my second time staying in this home. the fact that I returned is indicative of how much we enjoyed our stay. the amenities and the cleanliness and the convenience of this property met all of our needs and gave us a very homey feel. It was nice to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Also, it was a quiet area and very peaceful and restful.

Overall very nice place. Few issues with check-in (door code incorrect as well as lock box code incorrect - had to call customer service for correct info). There was no clear indication in which house this was (there are 2 houses on the property). Once inside, the house was as described and well put together. There was everything needed for the stay (including starter coffee packs, paper towels, trash bags, etc). Also a gas grill with full propane tank ready to grill - we used this twice and it was very much appreciated. 4 of the 6 TV remotes had dead batteries but property management had new batteries droppedOff first thing the following morning (very responsive).My kids very much enjoyed area outside. Gas grill/fire pit/woods to explore/etc were all enjoyed. The house is a short 3-4 minute drive from downtown. Tons to do in the area - all very close by. The ONLY real negative (that I couldn’t figure out) was a smell in the dishwasher. Upon trying to use the dishwasher for the first time I noticed a strong chemical/gasoline type smell from the dishwasher. I couldn’t tell if something was wrong with the dishwasher (it ran fine) or it someone prior had washed/melted something with chemical smell a stay or 2 prior. Again, overall - very positive stay. LOVED IT!

We spent Mother's Day weekend in Wimberley at this cottage and met up with a group of friends. The cottage was perfectly located with easy access to all of the nearby places of interest. Upon arrival, we were delighted to see such a nicely appointed, well furnished and clean place to lay our heads. The cottage had everything we could have needed and more. The bed was comfortable with a nice porch on both the front and the back (just off the main bedroom). It was relaxing to come in after a day of adventures and sit on the porch and watch the stars (and the Northern Lights!). The coffee was perfect for the morning time. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was supplied with all the necessary items to cook in (although we enjoyed dining out @ Heidee's - great restaurant)! Really this cottage had all the comforts you could need and want. The instructions to access the cottage and what to do upon arrival were clear and concise. Overall - it was a FABULOUS weekend! Thank you so much for having such a beautiful place for us to stay. We will definitely recommend this to our friends and look forward to a future stay!
