Enjoy a luxurious experience in a brand new modern home (built 2024) that is walking distance from the waterfront, the Wilmington Riverwalk, Riverside Park, and Live Oak Pavilion.

Outside, you can enjoy a front porch swing, an upper balcony with seating and ceiling fans off of the primary suite and a private fenced backyard with Adirondack chairs to enjoy.

Indoors, enjoy an open floor plan on the first floor that includes a newly furnished living area along with a fully equipped modern kitchen with granite countertops and a breakfast bar with stools. There is a desk with lighting and electrical outlets for your phone and laptop. You'll also enjoy a large pantry/closet in the dining room that is light and bright with seating for six. You'll also find a well equipped laundry room with washer/dryer, a drying rack, iron and ironing board, mop and vacuum for your convenience.

Upstairs, you'll find a primary bedroom suite and two additional bedrooms, along with an additional full bath. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans, bedside tables with lamps and plenty of clothing storage with hangers provided. Each room has a luggage rack and laundry hamper for added convenience.

Beautiful home that lives well

Well appointed and beautifully decorated. Clean and gave our family of 4 plenty of room to gather and relax. Bathrooms were spacious and kitchen allowed for multiple people to help cook or prep. Best of all, it wasn’t filled with fake fragrance that our family struggles with when traveling. Our only slight concern was for location as the neighborhood is basically getting updated. We felt safe and look forward to seeing how the neighborhood develops as we will certainly stay here again. There was good food nearby and it was convenient to what Wilmington has to offer.

Excellent Stay

We truly enjoyed our stay here! Laura’s place had just what we were looking for and was exactly as described in the listing. We found it clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The host was friendly and responsive, and we look forward to staying there again!
