The room was okay. The beds are VERY uncomfortable and did not do our backs justice. The front desk ladies were very nice and respectful. The hot tub has discoloring on the concrete making it look green but I was still not wanting to soak in it. However, the water was barely warm. The breakfast, if pastries and cereal is your thing, then it'll be a good time for you. Not hot food. Only one ice machine works on the 3rd floor and we were on the first floor. The rooms don't have a microwave or fridge. It's just bare. Not worth the price they charge.

The hotel was very clean but it is time for a more modern update. The staff was okay, could have been friendlier. I never got my room serviced even though i stayed there from friday to Sunday and even extended the stay to an extra day. I asked housekeeping if they could service my room and they told me, "Sorry, Your room is not on my list." When I asked the front desk if I could get new sheets and towels they told me to ask any housekeeping that was around. I told them what happened and they said "Well you'll have to come downstairs to get it." The continental breakfast was just very light pastries( danishes, bagels, etc.) Cereal, juice and a few pieces of fruit. Lighting could be better, especially in the hallways and the lobby.

No hot water for the shower one morning. The toilet handle was broken so I had to lift the tank lid off which is blocked by an extended countertop. This left only about 3 inches of room to slide your hand into the tank to find the latch that opens the flapper that flushes the tank.

Our stay was overall very pleasant. The room was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, which made for a nice visit. The only issue we noticed was a hole in the bathroom door near the handle on the outside — definitely something that should be fixed. Breakfast was okay, but it would be great to have a little more variety in the non-pastry options, like more hot or protein choices. The pool area was clean and enjoyable, but the hot tub was more lukewarm than hot, which was a bit disappointing. Even with these small issues, my husband and I enjoyed our two-day stay. It’s a nice hotel with good potential, and a few small improvements could really make it stand out.

All thumbs down! BEWARE!

The appearance and up keep of the lobby definitely cat fished us! Walked in to a festive Halloween vibe. We were never greeted. When we approached the front desk, we met two young ladies staring at their phones devouring some Popeyes chicken. After receiving our key we were instructed to request housekeeping and get what we need from the front desk. Otherwise no service would be provided. When we walked in to our room, the door handle fell off, one lamp worked. Bathroom ceiling vent/heater covering was wonky and looked like someone had been doing maintenance or installing a spy camera. The room had a musty smell even with the air on. Blankets were not provided only two flat sheets. When we called the front desk they said they could only provide one bedspread and that we had to come to the front desk to pick it up. (our room was on the 4th floor). Only the ice machine on the 3rd floor worked. Breakfast bar was disgusting and unclean. When we went to the room after our day at Busch Gardens, there was a cockroach on the bathroom floor. Hands down worst place to stay!

Very disappointing stay. The room was dirty, and the furniture was old and broken. The overall condition of the hotel felt neglected. Breakfast was a disaster, very few options, and the toaster was broken. Definitely not worth the price. I would never stay here again.

Location address given at booking was for a second Days Inn- on the same Road. Went to wrong hotel and had to deal with that confusion and then find the right hotel. Room smelled. Floors were not vacuumed. Spider and spider web in ceiling corner. Pictures crooked. No TV remote. Toilet kept backing up. Breakfast- nothing hot. One of the toasters- pull handles broken off. Cold coffee. Lots of maintenance and updating needed. Pool unsanitary. Super disappointed- was a weekend getaway for family birthday. Location was good. Online Pictures are very deceiving.
