Welcome to your beachside oasis! This charming 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is located just steps from the sand and offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The Sunflower has a communal pool and is conveniently located within the beach, boardwalk, dining, and night life!
The Space:
This Unit comes with Parking spot #2 which is uncovered parking. There is also a communal washer and dryer located on the 3rd floor. Linens included in cleaning, beds must be stripped, and linens put in bathtub.
If Dishes are left in the sink- extra charge - $35.00
Bed Configuration: 3 Fulls and a sofa bed
No Senior/Prom groups. No Pets. No Smoking
Towels not included.

Beautiful condo, perfect location!
This unit was perfect for our stay. Very clean, love the layout with kitchen in back and living room in front. Kids and adults each had their own space to hang. Great location… steps to the main area of boardwalk!

Big Condo with great location.
Great location, only a block away from boardwalk and centrally located between the 2 best piers. Condo is newly renovated and very big. It was nice to be able to separate the 3 kids between the 2 bedrooms and living room. Dining table was also huge allowing all of us to eat at the same time. Loved the front porch and easy access to bbqs. Had a wonderful time and owner was easy to deal with. The 4 star rating instead of 5 is due to the lack of kitchenware. Not much to cook with, only 1 decent frying pan, nothing for the oven, no salad bowls or even butter knives, toaster not really working. A small inexpensive trip to Walmart would resolve this problem in my opinion.
Would definitely come back, Sandra the property manager was also super great to deal with.

Sun Flower is a great place to stay!
Sun Flower is in a fabulous location! Basically a block from the Pier and beach! You won’t be disappointed if you choose this vacation destination! Checking is easy and quick, check out is easier. Any questions or concerns are resolved quickly and professionally.
