Don’t expect 5 star lodging. This property is old but the rooms are clean. Even though the bathroom is old school turquoise and pink porcelain and the pipes are rusted, it’s clean. Plenty of towels. No sand on the tile is the living area and our socks and bare feet stayed clean. AC unit cooled the whole unit efficiently. Staff friendly and accommodating. On-site restaurant serving breakfast and lunch. Pool clean. Small gift shop with sun essentials.

It was close to everything. Needed a comforter on the bed, not just two sheets, beds were not very comfortable, need heavy dark curtains in the room, very bright in the middle of the night due to bright lights. Very safe and quiet though. Pool was nice.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms are a little outdated, but they were clean. The pool was nice and heated. This is within walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk. The beds were a little uncomfortable but overall, it was a nice place.

Excellent stay. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was heated which was a big deal since the weather during our stay was 68 and cloudy all three days. Front desk girl Simone was so sweet and very accommodating throughout our stay. Thanks!!!

After 9 PM, there’s absolutely no one to get in touch with. We had to stop everything that we were doing at the boardwalk and race over to check in before 9 PM and then after that the room right below us was having a party and was screaming loud all night until 2-3am. I called a couple times and left a message and Hopefully that’s something would get done, but it never was was very close from calling the cops. Terrible room experience

The rooms are very outdated & filthy dirty. The toilet doesn’t flush properly (u have to hold it down for 10 minutes in order for it to flush) and then it makes a loud noise for 10 minutes. The sink/shower faucets have rust all over them, the water comes out aggressively and is a brown color for the first 3-5 seconds. Mirror had mold & rust all over it, bed sheets had dirt & hair. Floors were sticky & visibly dirty. The entire place smelled like mold, they had moisture packs everywhere which made no difference. Don’t let the outside appearance or the restaurant appeal fool you. It’s not worth the money to stay at this place when Wildwood has so many great motels that you can stay at for the same price or maybe even cheaper that are clean, have been updated and will offer a comfortable stay.

There is no staff available after hours. So it’s an inconvenience to reach anyone with an issue, and they may or may not respond (I couldn’t get the WiFi code to work and needed to get work done in the evening….i was ______out of luck. And general hospitality is lacking. Can we use a restroom? the one in your room….just rude

I can say the place was very clean. As for everything else…This hotel was nearly empty when all around were not. There is a reason. check in after 4 check out is 10 am. Strictly enforced and you will be reminded of a half day charge if you are late. The beds are not good. Should you not follow the Signage everywhere you will be prosecuted . There was nothing welcoming. I totally understand that people can take advantage and make bad choices on holiday. This place assumes you already done it and worse. No welcoming only what will get u in legal issues. I don’t think I have ever stayed anywhere before that made me feel less welcomed when I checked in. Just a bunch of things I can’t do. No, here is your WiFi password or any other amenity. The office closes at 9 pm so after the 4 pm check in I went to dinner. When returned I couldn’t find password anywhere . It was on the table menu that was for local pizza. I didn’t think to look there and The only person to check with was one of the 4 other guest. There is no ice machine. There are 3 floors but no elevator. You are expected to NOT GET SAND BEYOND. THIS POINT. There is no shower. There is a hose directly located with the trash. just not at all pleasant. I did run into the day staff on checkout. They were very friendly and kind. I don’t think whoever owns this place realizes the surrounding hotels, which are all very similar, have a different culture. I have stayed at several. I won’t stay here again.

It was good for an older hotel wildwood crest. It served its purpose for a couple nights. 5 star pool for us all, shuffleboard was fun, and a nice patio to watch sunrise. 2 star beds (they need updated) and toilets are old and low.
