"We like the location because we have family living nearby and my kids love the pool. However, on this occasion, the pool gate was locked even though the posted sign's hours stated it would be open. We asked the manager/owner to come and unlock the gate - and he refused! He stated that he was too busy checking or cleaning a room on the second floor and did not want to take the time to walk downstairs and just unlock the pool gate. There were 3 adults - my father (a senior), my wife and I to supervise our two children (ages 2 years and 3 years) so we were not going to cause any problems to anyone. We just wanted to swim on a hot day on our weekend getaway. We've stayed here before and loved it which is why we booked there again. Not sure if we will again though."
