One thing i can say the manager there like a man! Did allow me to explain myself he was going to ask me to leave over a another rooms NOISE. I WORK all the time !!! I work when i am NOT at work... He was a good man heard my side of the story once he realized once he heard the other side as there is always the truth , then one side then then the other He was kind enough to let me explain for that must say he is SMART ! RATHER THAN ACTING ON WHAT HE SEEN ... THE SET UP HE LISTENED AS WELL. once i explain We shook hands as men! I recommend this place as the Manager is Savey! He will hear BOTH sides not a reactive but PROACTIVE GUY !!!! THANKS FOR REALIZING 2 SIDES TO EACH COIN! STORY... BELIEVE.. NOTHING YOU HEAR 1/4 WHAT YOU SEE! PEOPLE WILL SAY HELP ME GET THE MY POTATOE CHIPS OUT MACHINE STUCK!!! HE REALIZED THIS... MAN WAS TRICKED! HE WAS ONLY HELPING ! THEY LIED ON HIM ! GREAT JOB !

Next Best Thing to Home

This was by far one of the best extended stays I've stayed at to date. The room was spacious with plenty of workspace in the room. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was the star with a full size fridge, spacesaver microwave, 2 top burner plate, plus toaster coffee maker and all you needed to cook and eat. Only issuses i saw were it didnt have have a oven, maid service only once a week, and the shower had low pressure. Overall the great out weighed the bad by far. I recommend this spot to anyone visiting the Wichita area

Quiet & cozy with great rates

Tanela & her husband are lovely & very helpful! The hotel is pretty quiet & right off of the highway. I had a very pleasant stay while working in Wichita. If I every come back through, I will definitely stay here again!

Staff were very responsive and helpful. The property met my needs for a week-long stay. There are maintenance issues that seem to come from higher up than the staff. I wonder if hotel ownership is lacking skills or resources.

All in all I would stay here again and recommend it to others too. That being said there were some maintenance issues. We stayed in room 319. The gfci outlet in the bathroom didn’t work and looked like it hadn’t for some time and people have tried to reset it with tools or something. The tub faucet when you went to use the shower 1/3 would come out the spigot and 2/3 out the shower head. So the pressure wasn’t as good as it could be if it worked properly. The chair had a large hole in the corner of the seat cushion that was covered with duct tape that was close but not quite the same color. The table lamp on the nightstand had a broken lightbulb in it so it was a little dim on half the bed in the evening. Lastly the toilet quit flushing. The chain on the plunger in the tank tore the rubber and I couldn’t reattach it. I was able to rig it to work but only temporarily. To their defense I never called the front desk and mentioned any of this because we were in and out the multiple days we were there and didn’t want bothered by maintenance personnel when we were trying to rest. The place showed signs of use but all in all it was clean and I would stay there again and recommend it to people too. I would just let them know it is a well used establishment but worth the price point.

Accommodating, clean, good price

When we checked in they were accommodating by letting us have a first floor room as requested. The tv in that room did not work so they moved us to another first floor room. They were very nice through it all.
