It's ok...

Very small room. Could not get the AC to adjust properly. It was either freezing ice colld or if tirned down a couple degrees it would be completely humid and muggy. There was no comfort level in between. Staff were very kind to me, but I did see another guest ad for a simple request and instead of assisting the guest promptly they began to question his request over & over. It made me feel uncomfortable for the guest while checking myself in. There's otherwise nothing really to brag about the room, location lounge area or hotel itself.

The front desk staff was so kind and accommodating. This property was also super clean. We had a view of "Lake Charles" from our room that was so beautiful, and the ambience of the property at night was so lively and chic. Will definitely stay here again.
