Tim was such a great help to us when we needed to shorten our stay. He also gave fantastic suggestions for places to eat! However, our room was extremely dated and the ac would not turn on. We found out from another desk clerk that the the ac would work but there was a series of steps involving an outdated wall switch that needed to bed done - suggestion is to print these instructions and post in the room!

Overall good stay, quick check in and out. Hotel condition is tired and needs updating. Our room air conditioner had a very difficult time keeping up and was constantly cycling on and off.

I did not stay at this motel. I had to leave for family emergency. I checked in and left my travel bag in room. I used bathroom, opened soap washed and dried hands. When I returned later to cancel room, my bag had been moved and gone through. New soap had been replaced along with clean towel. That’s how I knew someone had been in my room. I felt very violated by this intrusion of privacy. Also when I cancelled my reservation I did not get any receipt for the cancellation.

Good room. Clean, all appliances worked, the room was in good shape, there was hot water with pressure and no bugs. The location was convenient for food options. Only concern was no laundry for guests, however there was a laundromat a few blocks away. I stayed for a week. I would recommend and will be back!

Staff was nice. When I arrived someone else was staying in my room!. Room smelled like cigarettes. Staff switched me to a different room. Light cover held up by duck tape. Many patched holes on the wall. Bathtub was stained.

This is a great bang for its buck and in a convenient location. Sure, it’s a little dated in appearance but if that doesn’t bother you, it’s very clean and cozy. Would stay again!

For my needs (overnight stay for airport) and price you can’t go wrong. No frills, excellent customer service and lots of walking distance food. I was given name for taxi and they were very friendly also.
