Check in was a pain. We had two rooms booked through Travelocity but the hotel clerk said we only had one. Despite having "plenty" of rooms avaliable, and being shown the order and confirmation numbers the clerk made us contact Travelocity's customer service to get it resolved. Travelocity's customer service was great.
Inside of the hotel was a standard Motel 6. Not super clean nor super dirty. The biggest issue was the window mounted AC unit. It was covered on top by a piece of plywood with a gap beneath it right next to one of the beds. The area aroind the hotel had two restaurants within walking distance but no ride share drivers available tot ake you into the downtown area of the city.
Overall I have stayed in worse hotel/motels but I would not stay at this one again.
