"This was a wonder Home for our 24 people Labor Day Retreat. It was our first time in Lebec/Frazier park. Prior years we visited Big Bear and Desert Hot Springs. The weather here was actually nice. We thought it not but it wasn't. Very comfortable weather. We had a total of 8 families and the bedroom fit just right where every couple had a room and our young girls all fit in one room and the boys in another. The young people really enjoyed the fame room. The bunk beds is located just next the game room. The pool was nice and is indoor. Little too cold for us older folks. But our young teens had a good time swimming. The front driveway in front of the game room was large enough for us to set up our own portable pickleball net. The kitchen was a little small but we were still able to cook up good meals. We ran into some issues with the BBQ grill. It was dirty because the prior renter did not clean it. And the propane was empty. I texted Sam and he got back to me within 30-40 minutes. Then in about 60-70 minutes, some one came by to bring us both a new propene and a new brush to clean the grill. We were very appreciative of the fast response from Sam. Our BBQ turned out great. The patio of the BBQ area was well equipped with picnic benches that accommodated all 24 of us. Like any older vacation homes, there are some area that could be improved, But overall, a wonderful place to have a family or friends gathering. We give it a thumbs up. Thank you Sam."
