The front desk person was just hired and didn't know anything. I asked for an extra blanket and he said he didn't know where the laundry room was. I asked for help with the tv and he didnt know how to use it. I asked if I could have a room on the second floor and he said he couldnt do that. Not helpful or accommodating.

We stayed in a double queen. The room was run down and need of a big splash of sunshine. The tub was new and so slippery you braced you arms on the walls to avoid slipping. The ac unit was damaged but we were between seasons and didn't need it. Room 208.

One of the hotel staffs was rude and not courteous at all. Bathroom sink and toilet was clogged and when asked to fix it, he made us wait and was very unresponsive. The maintenance staff came an hour later than what was told. We were not even given a spare bathroom to freshen up when asked for it. He blamed it on us for clogging the bathroom. Definitely not worth your money!! There are better hotels around this area.

The property is a bit old, but comfortable. The room is quite large. There is no in-room coffee, nor included breakfast, and on our post-Labor Day stay, the town was asleep at 6:30 a.m., and only a few places were open by 7, so that's a concern if the hotel doesn't include breakfast and you're trying to get a jump on the crowds to the park gate (there was almost no line at 7:45 anyhow mid-September). Overall, I might look to find a property with breakfast rather than stay here again, but it certainly was worth a repeat if breakfast isn't a concern.
