Casa Palmeras offers two serene bedrooms in the main home and a fully private guest suite with its own entrance—ideal for in-laws or couples. Each bedroom features cozy bedding, ample storage, and inviting decor. Both full bathrooms are thoughtfully updated, with clean lines and spa-like finishes. Guest Suite has a sofa bed and a full pull-down bed, private kitchen and private bathroom.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, cookware, and dinnerware—everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal or enjoy a casual breakfast. The indoor dining area flows seamlessly to the covered patio for al fresco dining under the palms.

Quiet hours: 10 PM–10 AM — please be respectful of neighbors
Approved pets only — no pets on furniture, unattended, or unapproved
Pet Policy: Max 2 dogs (≤45 lbs), $75–$300 fee per pet (varies by stay) Only approved pets are permitted, and we kindly ask that pets stay off the furniture and aren’t left unattended or unapproved
No smoking inside the home
Exterior security cameras for your safety (no interior cameras)
Pool Heating Fee - A $50 fee applies if you would like the pool heater turned on. Please let us know the night before your check-in so we can arrange for our team to have it ready prior to your arrival.
