Horrible
We checked in the staff is extremely nice but other than that I would not stay here. The hot tub was closed down which was not stated online so when I booked it for the hot tub was highly disappointed that it was not even going, the pool was like an ice bath we couldn't even swim in it.we get to our rooms just to discover after being in there for a few hours that the tables behind them and around them were covered in some sort of bug maybe an aunt and centipedes we had two rooms with that issue my brother was in the opposite room as me and he received a bite on his neck. We let the manager know he moved us to two different rooms when I woke up in the morning in my new room I had bugs on me bugs all over my side table I have a 2-year-old that I couldn't even let down because the bugs were so bad on the table. My son put his drink down and it was swarmed and ants inside and out which he didn't discover until he drank it. so we packed our stuff for checkout went downstairs told the manager showed him photos to show him the issue was in the new rooms he put us in he said he would contact the owners and get back to us. Hours later he contacts my husband to let him know that the owner said they will not refund anything. That after the first room with the bugs we should have just left if we did not like the hotel. I asked the manager if he explained that after the first hotel we seen none in the second until in the morning when we were covered in them he said he did explain that.
