Could have been better.

The staff themselves were friendly and helpful. The condition of the room was ok at best. There was a musty smell and you could tell the flooring in the bathroom hasn’t had a good scrub in a while. The shower pressure was non existent. The linens were very clean though. Nothing stained or looked dirty. There was some trash between the bed and nightstand that housekeeping missed. The breakfast was not the best. I opted not to eat there the second morning. The hot tub was warm but the timer knob was broken so couldn’t turn it on and the bottom of it was pretty dirty. And the door next to the pool area you couldn’t get back in because the key card reader was broken so you had to walk around the building to the front door to get back in. Could definitely use some deep cleaning, maintenance, and updating on the property.

My room had significant stains that looked like blood on the drapes. The sofa had a large stain on the arm rest. Sofa Linens were not in the room for the pull out sofa and the carpet needs to be shampooed/cleaned. The room didn’t smell fresh at all. Overall did it make do? Absolutely, but all these things and a terrible breakfast really canned the experience. Will not be staying again. Not worth the price that was charged. Will be letting individuals know to avoid the facility

Wonderful room; just needs finishing touches…

Check in was great; staff very helpful and friendly. Somehow my cell phone was tied to someone else, so we had a little hiccup at check in. The room was great, bed super comfy! Cons: None of the hardware in the bathroom had been installed yet, TP on the counter (no TP holder), no place for towels to hang or dry (no towel rods). The dial on the iron was broke. So trying to iron a blouse was interesting. Main concern was just a lock that spun on the connecting door to the next room. So we put some stuff in front of door and booby trapped it in case someone tried to get into our room while we were gone.

I stayed overnight. The fourth floor lost power and set off the fire alarm. I was in the third floor so i showered quickly and went out for dinner. Rooms are clean and comfy.

Okay stay

This hotel was used just for the night stay for a baseball tournament. But all in all the hotel needs some upgrades for sure. The AC was broken and dirty. Smelled like mold in the whole building especially in the room. Bathroom was clean and I appreciated that.breakfast was decent. Only thing I didn’t not like was the lady in the kitchen had gloves on and was touching her phone typing and never changed her gloves. Not very sanitary.
