All was excellent- no complaints at all. The back door and frame can use replacing for security, but I was used to it as I’d stayed there before. Things have shaped up incredibly in the last two years! It’s a treat to see! The only thing I can think to modify might be to fix the heat in my room, which was 204. It seemed to stay at 74 degrees no matter how low I set the thermostat. So it can get a bit stuffy when it stays that warm. Also, the microwave locked when I was using it, but I discovered that the, 0” needed to be pressed for it to unlock. A sign on the desk top might be helpful for those who don’t realize that the microwave will lock while it’s heating. The back parking lot could use a bunch of sand since there’s some dangerous ice there, despite it being salted well.

Room was clean and quiet. Staff was ok, what we saw of them. Breakfast on Sunday Dec 21 was a joke! No hot food available, everything was empty! I know it takes a while to restock but she should have kept a closer eye on things. Sunday is a big check out day and a lot of people eat before they leave so she should have had food ready to go out. Not happy at all!!!!

In the middle of renovations. Rooms weren’t big but I was impressed by the use of space within. Beds seemed new and comfortable flooring and other updates so far were nice. Pool was warm and pool room was warm even with it extremely windy outside! Great value of a stay!

Great stay,Awesome breakfast. Quiet stay. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. I guess the only thing i would have liked it if the main pool was warmer. Kids said it was kinda cold, but other kids blue lipped their way through it. :)

Checking in flawless and personable. Honestly, rooms though a bit outdated were clean and quiet. Not the best mattresses and a little cramped in the room with three of us but probably one of the better hotels in Antigo. Close to everything, breakfast your normal little more than fill your belly but overall a very nice stay. As hotel pricing goes these days, a little higher than what I would have liked but we'd stay again if needed.
