A lot of stuff was broken in the room but I will say the staff did remedy that . Our key cards wouldn’t work and had to back to the staff multiple time to get the card reprogrammed

The building is showing it's age. The carpet is old the floors just outside the 3rd floor elevator is soft like there is water damage.
