We were in town for the annual Nascar Race weekend. Everyone really enjoyed the space and the location to downtown. It was awesome being able to relax on the deck and in the hot tub. We were able to have a big group together but still have our own space as well. It was perfect!

Great house and great locations. They stocked the house well with all the essentials and the hot tub was perfect. Host was a little delayed in communicating beforehand, but once we checked in, was very prompt in responding and attending to our needs. Would recommend!

Family Reunion weekend in NY

Needeling a place to stay and there being a very limited number of rentals available, we choose this Watkind Glenn property. All adults and children found the property enchanting and exciting to explore all 4 levels.

The best Place

It is a very good house. They provide everything you needed. Very beautiful location. Walking distance to lake . They have provided entertaining things even for kids. Kichen is equipped with everything.The most attractive portion is the number of rest rooms. The house has 5 full bat, which is very convenient when your group has different family/ friends. Also could save lots of time . I do really recommend this place.

Annual Jane Austen Weekend

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this house for our annual get together. Three generations of women in the family come together to cook, eat, chat, watch Jane Austen movies and enjoy the surroundings. Everything we needed was there - the kitchen was well appointed, we had lots of comfortable seating for the movies, plenty of bathrooms and a wonderful deck for looking out on Seneca Lake. We could walk into town in minutes, including a walk to Watkins Glen State Park and the breathtaking gorge. A big bonus for us was the friendly cats in the neighborhood that would greet us as we walked to and from town. Stella was great to work with and we highly recommend her place for family gatherings. There’s a highchair, bibs and other things for feeding toddlers.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay in Watkins Glen. This home was perfect for our family. It had plenty of room inside and outside. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit on the cool evenings. There is plenty of parking and the location was close, even walking distance, to downtown Watkins Glen. Stella was a wonderful and responsive host.

Overall a great stay

The house is large and fit our group of 10 adults well. We had some difficulty communicating with the property manager but once that problem was solved, the host was kind and responsive. The overall feeling of the group was that the decor and yard needed a bit of an updating and clean up. But, since the setting is so ideal, we spent not much time at the house and more time exploring the area. Overall an amazing experience.

Perfect for multi-family groups

We absolutely loved our experience! Every bedroom had its own bathroom and had plenty of room to have your own space while still being together. The house was spacious with plenty of seating options and a beautiful view. We would highly recommend!

Perfect spot for a family gathering.

Everything was as described in the listing. But beyond that there was a generosity in the details: plenty of coffee, plenty of kitchen items, plenty of chairs and seating arrangements inside and out. Board games, decks of cards, charming garden details to discover. Lovely views to the lake and the sunrise from three levels. Our host was responsive as we settled in and gracious in every way.

Amazing Home and very gracious host

We had a wonderful stay at Watkins Glenn largely due to this Wonderful home and a Very gracious host , Stella ! She made sure we had a great stay and her responses to any of our questions were so quick . Home was well furnished and very spacious ! Close to everything ! Glad to reccomend this property to a group of around 12-14 people !

Great family vacation

This house was great for our three generations that visited. The main floor bedroom and bathroom were great for my elderly mother-in-law who can't navigate steps well. We really enjoyed spending time all together on the back deck. This house had everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked and there are lots of extra toiletries if you forget something. We all slept well in the comfortable beds. The neighborhood is very quiet and it's a quick drive into town. The only thing I would suggest for an even better stay is new towels. The ones I used have seen better days. But with all the positives, new towels is pretty minor. Thanks, Stella for the great stay!
