Property is in a very good location. Lots of shops and dining options available. Also right next to the state park which is a must see. Rooms decor is older but everything was comfortable and was exactly how is seen in pictures. Would stay again.

Charming with quirks

Charming with quirks. If anyone in the inn uses a toilet while you are in the shower, your water will turn scalding hot. This is a great location.

The property is dated and in need of some landscaping and the dumpster was right by the rooms. However the room was clean and for the price I really can’t complain. It was very convenient to State Park and dining which we walked to.

Our room was in front of building so lots of traffic noise. There was also lots of light from street lights that came in through curtains. Could use some blinds. Very limited water pressure on shower.

We didn’t see any stuff when we arrived at around 7pm as it was contactless check-in. It was clear instruction we received in advance. The room was super clean and kind of a big room. After check-out, we stopped by ice cream store and got free ice cream as hotel guests (free single scoop ice cream for hotel guest)!! Also, location is amazing. We went to Watkins Glen Gorge walk from the hotel which was only a few minutes away. (Park parking is $10/vehicle). Only one thing I wanted to have in the room was a hair dryer. Other than that, it was perfect location and amazing hotel!

Have stayed here several times and every time is was wonderful!!! Great staff, rooms are so clean and comfortable and the homemade ice cream shoppe on premises is to die for!
