Welcome to Disneyland....

No code of conduct here. Children allowed to run through the hallways yelling and pounding on doors. Receptionists says they can do nothing because its not past 10pm. Unbelievable. It's more like Disneyland here. I was here for more than a week. I asked for mew linens. They just sprayed some chemicals on the sheets and left. When I talked to cleaning service they came back to change linens and just left old linens in a pile in my room. I had to take all old linens down to reception, wait in line at the reception counter, and physically had the old linens to receptionist. As im writing this review im sitting at the bar and flies keep flying around me.

Highly recommended.

Lovely staff, fabulous breakfast options, comfortable, clean and spacious room. The complex is 2 minutes walk to the station. We were on the road side of the building but did not hear any noise from the road or station. Our only criticism is that there were no tea towels or pot holders for the kitchen.

No hot water in the shower. Staff offered to move me to another room, but rather than repack all my things, we agreed I could use the sauna shower - which ALSO had no hot water. Rooms are new and beautiful, but poorly designed, with insufficient light in some crucial areas. Key card-dependent electrical access causes some inconvenienes to guests, such as not being able to recharge items while out of the room. Rooms need tobe designed by people who have actually stayed in the prototype.
