Welcome to this brand new cottage in the Parkwood Beach community. This immaculate vacation rental offers a cozy and comfortable retreat for guests. After a day at the beach, a bike on the canal, a round of golf or a visit to the near by water park, this cottage offers peaceful surroundings to complete your perfect day.

The cottage provides all the amenities you'll need including a fully equipped kitchen, hi-speed internet, washer / dryer, air conditioning, grill, outdoor shower, enclosed front porch and fenced in yard. Each bedroom includes comfortable and brand new beds and bedding.

The beach is a 3 minute walk and a quicker bike ride. Known for its vibrant sunsets it features calm waters, shallows for catching minnows, and the perfect place for kayaking. The community includes a tennis court, ball field and playground. There is a nearby boat launch and many active fishing spots. Onset Village is a quick 2 mile drive and offers boat rides on the canal, an active night life and many outstanding seafood restaurants.

Whether you're exploring the nearby attractions or simply relaxing in the peaceful surroundings, you're sure to make fantastic memories during your stay.

Great but fish bowl

I was late getting welcome and entrance information but finally received it. The house itself is beautiful and stocked with necessities. The only issue is that there are no blinds on many windows. Therefore, everyone can see inside from the outside (hence the fishbowl effect). If the privacy issue is corrected, I would purchase a stay at this house regularly. It is truly a gem and close to everything.

The home was very clean, bright and plenty of room upstairs. The bedrooms are downstairs with a walk-in closet to share.There is only a tv upstairs. Which was fine for family. The home was perfect for our week away!
