The hotel was very clean, the staff went above and beyond what was expected, and breakfast was great. We slept well in the beds, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

it is the little things that matter - the hotel was clean, the room was clean and neat. However, the coffee maker did not work, there was no hair dryer in the room, the A/C worked poorly, the pool water was clean, but the bottom had a bunch of sand - and this was at 9:00 A.M. The breakfast was good - but one had to walk into the lobby to get coffee - which is ok - but I would prefer to have my coffee in the same place I am eating. It was not really worth the money that was paid.

Special Welcome From A Cockroach!

Pros: Nice layout for small room.
Cons: The Cockroach
Location: Edaville, Plymouth
It's a new'ish hotel, smartly utilized space, but upon walking into the bathroom and turning on the light, a cockroach scurried across the vanity counter. I arrived late with my already sleeping four-year old, so I closed the door and hoped for the best. The next morning, I walked to the front desk to let them know I wanted it dealt with, and to change rooms. The gal at the desk showed no concern and told me there were no available rooms at that time and I'd need to hang tight until one opened. We were off for our day's journey. Not one person followed up, nor were we ever moved. I purchased bleach at the store and wiped the room clean. And will never suggest the hotel here, or on Trip Advisor. Roaches spread disease. And this should have been taken seriously.

Better than expected

Great room and facility ... when we asked for an rollaway they did not have one but they went out of their way to give us a room with a pull out ... great service, clean pool, good breakfast = great bargain. Also easy access to Water Wizz, family friendly dining and highways

This place is great

I am in the area several times a year and this is the only hotel I will stay in. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable

Great place to stay on the Cape!

Pros: easy highway access to and from...and a very friendly helpful staff!
Cons: nothing I could find!
Location: It is very centrally located and surrounded by shopping and restaurants....
We were pleasantly surprised when we go to the room and discovered it had a kitchen and dining room in it! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful! The "continental" breakfast consisted of eggs, sausage, bagels, waffles, fresh fruit, and juices, coffee, or milk...it was wonderful, plentiful and filling! I highly recommend the Towne Place Marriott...it is a great place to stay while on the Cape! I will stay there again and again!
