Baseboard tiles in the bathroom were very dusty showing that the bathroom is not properly cleaned. We came down to breakfast at 9:05 am. There were no more sausage links left and they told us that they would not be bringing anymore out because they were closing at 9:30 am. So they stopped providing additional food 25 minutes before closing. The AC unit fan in our room did not sound ‘normal.’ Fan seemed imbalanced and caused additional noise, making the night less restful.

Our room was spotless, smelled fresh and everything was clean. Breakfast was amazing, including a very friendly breakfast attendant. Front staff was super helpful and very welcoming, even had an adorable Hot Chocolate station set up that my kid loved. Will be staying here again on our return trip home and from now on!
