Noisy main road! Parking lot needs resurfacing! I had accessible room 105. When i pulled up to park someone was parked in the space for the room. Turns out i believe the facility manager uses it as his space! I saw someone come out of their office get in and drive away. Other than that the room is very nice.

Desk person was professional and very nice. She called the room after we checked in to see if everything was okay. We asked for an extra blanket and she ran it over to our room. Between the air conditioner unit and the dehumidifier, there was more than white noise all night and I didn’t get much sleep. In addition, the shades did not keep the outside lights from shining in so to me it wasn’t very dark. The floor was dirty as I spilled water and used a towel to mop it up. There was a dead fly on the floor and I killed two cockroaches in the bathroom the next morning. I reported this at checkout but the gentleman didn’t show concern. The women at the free breakfast area was friendly and helpful.

Dead roach is one too many. Missing picture in room with metal sticking out of wall, safety issue. Morning check out guy was sleeping at desk. Not up to Best Western standards.Breakfast was just ok.No plans to return.

Comfortable and Clean Room

This stay was an overnight of a long drive from Miami to DC for me. The hotel was easy to spot when I got off the highway, which was nice in the dark after 11 hours on the road. I got in quickly and parking was easy - right in front of the room. Desk staff person was very nice. The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I got a good night's sleep. Breakfast was also very good, and offered a variety of choices.

Hidden gem in Walterboro!

What an amazing hotel! Newly renovated and sparkling clean! Beds were amazing and the breakfast buffet was great and satisfying! Good parking for me with my truck and camper and very well lit. Felt very safe and secure. Pet friendly was a big factor for me and this place was very accommodating with no big fees! Will absolutely stay here again!

The price point. Had me concerned but the motel was very clean, the young man at check-in was extremely pleasant and a reasonable pet fee. Nothing fancy but much nicer than expected- plus a big grassy field for dogs

The biggest complaint was the AC unit. It had a fishy smell and my whole family woke up very sick the next morning. Check in was quick, staff was friendly, room looked clean but floors were filthy. Used pad on bathroom floor.
