Some things you should know prior to staying in Hawaii:
The Big Island is not to be missed, so to help make your Hawaiian dreams a reality, we have assembled all the things you may need to know about staying here in Hawaii! Curious about places to visit or things to do? "Ask us about our recommendations list!". The Big Island of Hawaii seems determined to break the norm; the stereotype of the average tropical island, that is. Here you'll find the ongoing battle between green forests, black lava fields, the ocean, and the rain and sunny days almost incomprehensible; the diversity is simply stunning. With that being said from time to time insects can be present outdoors and sometimes make their way indoors due to our tropical climate here in Hawaii. We share this information with you folks because we understand insects can be something to be fearful about or can be somewhat of a nuisance to some individuals. We share this information with you folks because we understand insects can be something to be fearful about or can be somewhat of a nuisance to some individuals. We would like to rest assured that we do schedule pest control services in our very tight schedule & do the maximum recommended to not harm people in the house/Condo which is once a month), but it's one of the few cons of tropical weather. Please know we go above and beyond for all of our guests and make sure to provide standard maintenance for extra comfort and an enjoyable time when staying with us here in Hawaii.

Perfect & Clean & will return

This condo was very nice and clean. Looks like the photos. Great location and stay. Nice short walk to Starbucks in the morning. Host was responsive. ***Suggestion: Allow guests early access to the garage to drop luggage off a couple hours early, and leave it a couple hours later. As to not overlap with next guest. With all the break-ins no-one wants to leave luggage in the car. ***My only issue---Possitive criticism---to MOST ALL VRBO's is the check in and check out times. For the price you pay, you should be able to have a little more time on either end. I feel the cleaning fee seems to be enough to hire a private cleaner that handles a few places at a time, thus not needing so many hours to clean, especially since guest do a lot of the work by stripping beds and starting a load. If the cleaning fee is lower, I can see needing more time as one person might be cleaning multiple units. Please do not take this as negative....I'm just throwing it out there. VRBO was great when it started. But fees are so high now, it's disappointing. *******MOST IMPORTANTLY--I would stay again in this unit. It was fantastic.

Location for diving

We were staying in Waimea and wanted to stay at a lower elevation for scuba diving. This condo was perfect for that. We never could get the internet or entertainment to work. We reached out to the manager, she was quick to respond to help us with the technology issue, however, we were unable to resolve the problem.

Nice, but.......

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The second bath had issues with toilet continually running and the rug was not clean. If these two things were addressed I would rate this rental higher. For the price of the cleaning, this unit should have been spotless. Also, be prepared there is no recycling. The porch could have used a spray down as well, as the black tiles were pretty dirty when walked on with bare feet. Overall, had a good stay.

Luxury for an affordable price!

The property was absolutely amazing! Spacious, AC, stunning master bathroom, nice patio, extremely clean. The location was conveniently within walking distance of two outdoor malls, making shopping for fun (and for groceries) a breeze. The whole area was very upscale and I felt very safe walking around and going for early morning runs. So many awesome beaches nearby. Would definitely book again.

Very neat place close to meals and beaches

Well decorated unit with plenty of space and everything you need for everyday use, even shaker for cocktails! Modern kitchenware, very nice furniture and beds, quiet AC with smart thermostat, everything very clean. Beach gear for whole family. We liked it a lot and definitely recommend to anyone. Also recommend hapuna beach in 15 minutes drive (better to enter thru hapuna beach rd) Check in process has some glitch because unit information was not sent by either VRBO or host so we have to figure out when arrived already - I thought I saw email when just booked but then couldn't find it. Make sure you get it after booking confirmation. Two smaller things are car related. Remote from gates did not work, also there's no code from garage keypad. I could program it myself but was too lazy😁
