The AC was so loud when the compressor kicked on. When I told them, they just said that maintenance had put in a work order & we’re waiting on parts. Every single time the compressor kicked in, it woke us up. We stayed during the week and the hotel didn’t even look full. Why would they use this room if they knew there were problems?

I had to call cuatomer service twice, 830 pm and 1130 pm. Customer service didnt want to do anything about it, cause they didnt work at the location. I went to the front desk first time, waited 20 minutes before the desk person stopped hiding where the breakfast room was be clos3d and locked. Then at 1130 I went outside and my card wouldnt work to open the door. I pick up the phone calling front desk 7-8.times with it ringing 2 minites each pick up. The. Called my wife whos pregnant and asleep to come down and let me in. Then once in the lobby i was raising my voice for help, is anyone working and they never showed up or replies. Looked inside the breakfast room and taking a nap. I guess being a college town maybe its purpose but dude was not helpful or caring about his job.

Good luck sleeping.

Staff was amazing. TV remote worked then stopped working. Got a replacement from the front desk, and that didnt work. Finally someone came up and we got it working. Amazing customer service. Only downside are the beds. They are not comfortable at all. Never had issues at any La Quinta, but these beds were rough.
