"Lovely, traditional boutique mansion on banks of Ganga. Lots of in house activities. Private ghat, where railings can trap some flotsam. Buffet Indian and Continental breakfast."

"I was very disappointed with the quality of services provided by the staff, particularly front office/reception staff. They did not seem to be well trained and professional in their approaches For example, I had to request them to arrange the welcome ritual and welcome drink for us. We had to wait to get the room even after reaching after 2 pm. They could not arrange a rented car in time for our travel to Rishikesh etc. etc. Only nice hotel building does not ensure appreciation from your guests. Please try to provide the quality services to every guest."

Many premium properties near the ghats have their own dedicated e-rickshaws to ferry guests and luggage through the restricted zones.
