Hotel is dated but nice. Room service could be better. For what you pay everyday the room should be cleaned each day. In addition three towels were in the room the day we arrived and only two towels weee left going forward. Also the safe did not work in the room and I asked for that to be addressed and it was not.

I thought not having a continental breakfast was a let down. But definitely not as bad as no discount to the restaurant in hotel. $22.00 for a breakfast buffet is ridiculous. Hotel was basic with no extra frill's. They no longer leave bags in room for dirty clothes. 3 elevators in hotel, but middle one only seemed to work, even when heavy traffic to your room.

The good thing of this property is close to the beach, 10 to 15 minutes from the boardwalk, and has a free parking. The bad thing that this hotel is old, an lots of thing that need to be fixed. During our stayed with our son and his family (4 small grandchildren); we had 2 bedrooms that can fix 8 people. I & my husband arrive to the hotel 2 days early than my son & his family. In the second day, in the master bedroom, the bedframe bar are sticking out of the frame, and the housekeeper has covered up by the bed skirts, my left leg were scratch by the metal frame and bleeding all over my slipper. My husband came to help me and he scratched himself by the same metal bar of bedframe as well. We went to the office to report, and they sent out someone to come to cut the metal bar from the bedframe before my grandchildren arrived. Yes, we had a good time with my grandchildren on the beach. If we want to come back and stay in this hotel again, no!

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. Upon arrival 1st room door was stuck couldn’t open unless you used excessive force. They changed the room their was flies and I requested exterminator which they never sent. There was water bugs and other bugs in the room. Pool filthy. The manager was extremely rude. Wyndham is a reputable hotel and I was extremely disappointed with what I saw. It was to the point I became overwhelmed.

Everything could’ve been better

I reserved the king sized oceanfront view thinking I would get the room from the images but I got the room located in the building to the side of the tower. This building was musky, moldy, and didn’t seem to be very clean. The elevator didn’t work several times on my stay. The room itself had paint peeling and water from the shower would get on the floor despite the curtain being pulled fully. Some of the furniture was chipped too like the sink counter and desk. The bedding and couch had stains and when I asked for new bedding, those also had stains. The curtains to the balcony were torn and dirty as well. The people next to us had dogs that would bark throughout the night and every time I would leave the room because the door wouldn’t close fully and make a loud noise whenever it does. I also got charged a late checkout fee despite checking out on time. Overall, not a good stay for the price that I paid.
