The staff was excellent. The property is clean. Older rooms and sloppy painting. Dim lighting. Don’t try to shave your legs or put makeup on. Rooms do not have outside phone lines. All calls must be made from the office. The bed frame popped and the a/c had a vibration when it cycled on.

This unit was a handicapped unit & had an electrical switch for the entry light completely uncovered/ not grounded. The bed was so high, I had to use a chair to help with safely getting up on it and I'm 5'2. The worst part besides the risk of execution, was the bathroom being so small & the bathroom door that wouldn't stay open but would hit you in your knees while sitting on the toilet. I took videos to show the staff. This is the most dangerous room for anyone but especially the disabled. And one of the outlets beside the bed on the lamp didn't work either. There was no door on the closet, and the trim in places was all busted up. Worst Wyndham we've ever stayed in. Oh, and they gave us a used opened box of Kleenex!

The room was extremely clean and thoughtfully decorated, especially for the price. The staff member who checked me in couldn’t have been more welcoming, and the manager stopped by and had a warm energy. The view of the Mississippi River and bridge was lovely, an unexpected bonus. The proximity to the river also brought with it highway noise, which of course the property owner can’t change. But something for light sleepers to consider. Good parking, nice pool. Overall recommend.

I had a decent experience. The property was quiet and easy access to interstate and nearby casinos. The room was clean and I had no issues. They should add irons and ironing boards in the rooms.

The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. We have dogs though, and there's no where to walk the dogs except by the main road which is beside the interstate ramps and the entrance to the hotel and Waffle House, so it wasn't very safe. We will stay here again though because it's a very convenient stop on our travels and they allow dogs.

Roaches and dirty floors

"I was initially okay with the space, but unfortunately, my stay fell short of expectations. I spotted a roach crawling across the dresser, and the room had an unpleasant smell despite its seemingly nice bedding. The flooring appeared newer but felt dirty, which made the overall experience uncomfortable. Additionally, the property has multiple signs prohibiting smoking, yet the smell of various types of smoke was pervasive, especially along the sidewalks. For the price charged, I expected better standards. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements."
