Beautiful family villa, nicely furnished, in a large and sunny garden, very close from the beach.

Ground floor: 5 common rooms, (living room, dining room, cutlery for 14 and office opening on a sunny terrace with sea view, modern fully equipped kitchen (2021), 1 toilets, 2 fireplaces, TV + Internet.
Double access to a garden with flowers in a small and rural seaside resort well-known for its promenade on the dyke, tennis club with bridge tables and its sailing school as well as an outdoor chessboard)
First floor: 2 luxurious apartments (2 large bedrooms and 2 smaller ones with 2 en-suite bathrooms with shower)
2nd floor: 1 large bedroom with terrace and toilets, 1 double bedroom, 1 with large bed and 1 with two beds. 1 shower room and shared toilets).

Ideally For 3 to 5 couples with 4 children, 3 babies, well behaved pets. Parking for 5 cars.

This is a very bustling tourist area, with many castles that can be visited.

Nous avons trouvé la maison charmante mais c'est vrai qu'elle nécessiterait rafraîchissement notamment au niveau de la literie. L'hôte est disponible pour les questions et accompagnement si nécessaire.

Grande maison idéale pour notre séjour avec enfants et petits-enfants
Un superbe cadre arboré et spacieux qui nous a permis de profiter d'un beau WE en laissant enfants et chien courir en liberté. La maison a son charme et est fonctionnelle même si elle fait vieillote (un rafraîchissement serait bienvenu: il y a quelques fissures et de la peinture parfois écaillée, un carrelage fissuré, ...). Sinon la propreté était correcte, bien qu'il y ait eu grand besoin d'aérer la maison à l'arrivée. Concernant l'accès, le chemin du Presmenil est très pentu et il faut garder son élan tout en étant en première. Mieux vaut faire une reconnaissance à pied pour savoir qu'au deuxième "palier" il faut prendre à gauche. La mer n'est qu'à 10 minutes à pied et il y a une plaine de jeux, même des terrains de tennis, avant d'arriver à la digue. Mais la plage est faite de galets (prévoir des sandales en plastique) et le sable est donc rare, sauf à marée basse. Attention à commander votre pain à la superette sinon il faut aller au Leclerc. Quantité de BD et des jeux disponibles + table de ping pong. Petite télé écran plat avec lecture d'anciennes cassettes vidéo (dessins animés pour enfants): un charme rétro. Le contact avec le propriétaire était très avenant: il était souple quant aux heures d'arrivée et de départ (on aurait pu rester jusqu'au soir du dimanche). Un WE très réussi en famille (trois générations).

Le bonheur est dans le Prémesnil
Très agréable séjour en famille dans cette charmante demeure remplie d'âme et son magnifique jardin avec vue sur mer ! Cuisine super équipée, très bonne literie, beaucoup de pièces de vie où chacun peut trouver son bonheur pour jouer, cocooner dans le petit salon, peindre et créer dans le grand bureau. Nous remercions particulièrement le propriétaire pour son accueil et sa bienveillance.

Merci à Louis Aimée qui par sa gentillesse et sa bonne humeur a permis à notre petit groupe de filles de passer un week end inoubliable. Nous recherchions une demeure avec une histoire, pas entièrement refaite et avec énormément de charme... cette maison était donc à notre image ! :D Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation. Juste une petite précision à apporter au niveau de la taille des lits 1 place qui sont en 120 (utile pour les draps).

une fête sans bonne fin
sale et en partie avec de la moisissure, dans la cuisine se trouvaient de vieux produits alimentaires entamés dans le réfrigérateur, les meubles et la moquette étaient en partie déchirés, les salles de bain étaient dans un état inacceptable, la seule douche moderne n'a pas pu être utilisée en raison d'un défaut, la famille, qui s'était réunie pour un 50e anniversaire de mariage, est donc repartie immédiatement le jour de son arrivée et a passé une nuit à l'hôtel. Le propriétaire avait proposé d'envoyer une équipe de nettoyage 2-3 jours plus tard, mais comment auraient-ils pu éliminer la moisissure et réparer les meubles défectueux ? Nous avons donc décliné son offre. Le propriétaire nous a remboursé la totalité du prix de la location. C'est dommage que cette semaine importante pour nous se soit terminée ainsi. Nous aurions aimé faire la connaissance de ce loueur intéressant qui a développé des modèles importants de calendriers.
