Excellente semaine passée en Ardèche, la location est parfaite et conforme à l'annonce, la localisation est aussi incroyable, nous avons pu profiter de tout les plaisirs que cette belle région a offrir à moins de 30 minutes de la location, que ce soit les grands sites touristiques ou les lieux plus méconnu du grand public recommandé par notre cher hote : madame Martin! Celle ci a toujours été a notre écoute pour nos demandes et a su nous conseiller lors de notre voyage! Il n'y a rien a redire sur cette location, elle est parfaite! La clim et la piscine vous permettront de vous soulager de la chaleur pour un séjour idéal, et le tout sans moustiques ! :)

Avec Andrée et Françoise, vous êtes entre de bonnes mains.sourires et gentillesse garanties et belles anecdotes assurées. Vous aurez toutes les infos nécessaires pour passer un excellent sejour en Ardèche: coins baignades, villages typiques, idées ballades. Côté logement, rien a redire. Ilest bien équipé

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Mme Martin est très accueillante, serviable et a nos petits soins. L'appartement est très agréable à vivre et très propre Nous avons la clim, la piscine, les chaises longues. l'endroit est très bien situé pour les visites et proche des commerces. Les photos correspondent exactement a que nous avons loué. Je voulais féliciter Mme Martin, âgée de 87 ans qui gère parfaitement bien son gîte avec sa fille Françoise. Ces deux personnes sont vraiment formidable et nous allons revenir l'année prochaine avec un grand plaisir

Photos non conforme, déçu..

Bonjour, Nous avons séjourné dans ce gîte du 29 juin 2024 au 9 juillet 2024. Nous avons été déçus par ce gîte, qui nous a séduits par ses belles photos sur l’annonce. Il faut savoir que la photo de l’extérieur n’est pas conforme. La photo que vous pouvez voir montre l’extérieur de la propriétaire, pas celui où vous logerez. Le véritable extérieur se trouve derrière la maison ; il faut traverser la route et y entrer par derrière, avec une voisine plutôt bruyante et souvent au téléphone. Bref, aucune intimité et un accès au jardin et à la piscine pas simple. Le Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons donc été en 4G pendant tout le séjour. La machine à laver est dans son garage, ce qui nous empêchait de faire des lessives après 20h. Les draps et les serviettes de toilette ne sont pas inclus. Il n’y a pas de bains à remous. Il n’y a pas deux lits doubles, mais seulement un lit double et deux lits simples. En résumé, nous avons été vraiment déçus par le gîte lui-même. 0/10

Très agréable

Très bon contact avec Mme Andrée lors de l’arrivée. Logement propre et au calme au milieu de la verdure. Nous avons apprécié l’endroit et les activités : ping-pong, balançoire et surtout piscine très agréable. Merci pour ce séjour et les conseils de visite avisés.
