Check in was 3. Room was not ready. Staff was very nice and offered a different room, but I needed that roll in shower. No decaf coffee, scrambled eggs, sausage and potato pans were empty and had to tell them, obviously she did not keep an eye on it. Coffee urn was empty and when she brought more, it was already gone by the time we got to it.

Room was dreary, aged, felt dark and warn out. Pillows were awful! Small and had no structure. Had to constantly reshape throughout the night. Shower pressure was low and difficult to get shampoo out of long hair.

This hotel was clean, comfortable, safe, with good prices. It includes continental breakfast which my wife and son all thought tasted good. The location is good and we didn't have any issues while staying here. I would recommend it.
