ABOUT THE RESORT:
Welcome to "The Resort at Bathtub Beach", an extraordinary ocean-to-river vacation rental that combines the coastal opulence of two distinct side-by-side homes, Gardens at Bathtub Beach (property ID 96733561) and Bathtub Beach Retreat (property ID 57164029). This 19BR/11BA exclusive resort, invites you to step into a world of luxury and relaxation with a heated swimming pool, a hot tub/spa, a private elevator and stair lift, putting green, jetted soaking tub, Tiki-bar, private dock and much more! Nestled along the renowned Bathtub Beach, this beachfront and riverfront oasis is a haven of tranquility for families and beach enthusiasts alike, where two extraordinary homes come together to create an unparalleled vacation experience.
For more details, pictures and independent reviews on each underlying house, view our listings for the individual homes that comprise the resort.
Home #1: Gardens at Bathtub Beach
Indulge in the lavish embrace of Gardens at Bathtub Beach, a sprawling ocean-to-river residence featuring 11 bedrooms, including four master suites, and 7 bathrooms. This luxurious abode boasts a botanical garden, an in-ground heated swimming pool, a hot tub/spa, a private elevator, an indoor/outdoor summer kitchen, a Tiki bar, a putting green, a private dock, and an array of water toys.
Home #2: Bathtub Beach Retreat
Located directly ON the beach, "Bathtub Beach Retreat" is an 8BR/4BA oceanfront oasis, serving up sweeping views of sparkling turquoise waters from nearly every window (kitchen / dining / living room) and from all King & Queen bedrooms. With a private elevator and stair lift, jetted soaking tub, sprawling oceanfront deck, and private access to the Indian River, this home has every coastal comfort you need for a dream beach house vacation!
Both homes that comprise "The Resort" are located at the renown Bathtub Beach, affectionately known as "Toddler Beach". Perfect for families with children, Bathtub Beach Retreat is named for the shallow, calm waters (like a bathtub) that gently shimmer off the nearby offshore reef. The reef blunts large waves, transforming the beach into a 'bathtub' and idyllic spot for children & toddlers to play. Little ones can safely enjoy the perfect Florida beach vacation, under the watchful eyes of the county lifeguard stand literally next door.
Wear your t-shirt, shorts & flip-flops to the airport, because that's all you need for your Florida beach-house vacation … We provide the rest. Travel light—and live large—with the fully-stocked, 5-star-amenity properties of Beach Houses in Paradise. (At BHIP, our motto is "We stock heavy, so you can travel light.")
At rates starting at less than $100 per night per bedroom, enjoy 5-star luxury amenities and accommodations at an affordable price (the proverbial champagne on a beer budget!) Note: "The Resort" is rented only to one party at a time; you will not be sharing the premises with strangers or unknown travelers.
Own a boat? Bring it! Moor it at your own private dock, and there's even room to park your trailer. RV? room for that too!

ALL-INCLUSIVE / EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED:
From bicycles to beach blankets, towels to toilet paper, paddleboards to picnic baskets, and all points between. Did you know that fewer than 25% of the FL listings on VRBO include high chairs for little ones? And less than half of listings include an iron/ironing board? (Experiment with the VRBO "More Filters" search feature and see for yourself) Many vacation rentals don't even provide you such basics as toiletries, paper goods or even cooking essentials like salt, pepper, spices, oils & other basic staples.
And can you imagine arriving at your vacation rental, only to discover that there are no coolers, ice, beach chairs, beach towels, beach blankets, umbrellas and beach toys like sand pails, bikes, cornhole, volleyball, kayaks, & horseshoes? Why waste the first day of your precious vacation—& more money—shopping at the local Wal-Mart? Instead, book a Beach House in Paradise and begin relaxing the ~moment~ you arrive. (We even pre-heat hot tubs & pools & put out the bathrobes & towels so your relaxing vacation can start the moment you arrive.)
No hidden fees: Other vacation-rental companies nickel & dime you with surcharges such as pool-heating fees, Wi-Fi surcharges, fees for using shampoos & soaps, rental fees for kayaks, bikes & paddleboards, even a fee if you don't empty the refrigerator at the end of your stay(!) At BHIP, there are no hidden surcharges, fines or penalties.
Plus: Enjoy our complimentary water toys & recreational items. Kayaks, paddleboards, bicycles, fishing & snorkel gear & more. Jet skis & boats available, too!
