It is a great location for the Aux en Provence area. It is very private and the management are very attentive. The property is comfortable wuth a great ourdoor area. Only 3 stars for the 'as described' category as there is no Wifi which is tricky with teenagers. Otherwise a great holiday property.

Provençal Villa 20 minutes from Aix!

Overall, staying at this villa fit our family’s needs. We LOVED and appreciated the quiet property that was a 20 minute drive from beautiful Aix. The pool was especially lovely, since we stayed during the exceptionally hot heat wave. The inside of the house was clean, and Eva was very responsive every time we needed to check in with her. The villa is VERY difficult to find with gps, so thankfully, Marc and Eva were there to help guide us on our check in day. The villa itself showed typical signs of wear, and could benefit from some updates. For example, there were loose and uneven stones on the outdoor patio, and some interior doors did not close unless locked. The listing says that there is air conditioning, but there are just two units within the house, and the upstairs unit does not sufficiently cool the rooms. I don’t think this would’ve been much of an issue had we stayed during a slightly cooler week. Additionally, there are not many toiletries provided, so be sure to bring your own. The only other issue we ran into was trying to get to and from the villa with taxis/ubers after we returned our rental cars. The GPS/navigation systems just really struggle to find this address. This is of course not at all the fault of the hosts, just something to be aware of if you stay here without your own cars. Overall, we are really glad we stayed here. The beds were comfy, pool was divine, and it was spacious and clean! Thanks Eva and Marc!

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon week end avec amis et famille. Maison très agréable et spacieuse. Elle se situe dans un lotissement, l’accès n’est pas facile car peu indiqué, il faut se fier au point gps. Ensemble propre, quelques petits dysfonctionnements notamment au niveau d’une des douches, mais pas gênant pour un week end. Très bien !

Séjour très agréable

La maison est très spacieuse, propre et bien équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. L'eau de la piscine était constamment filtrée et propre. L'espace extérieur est parfait pour profiter des soirées en plein air. Il faisait très chaud certains jours, mais le climatiseur situé au premier étage était parfaitement suffisant pour rafraîchir les trois chambres. Comme la maison n'a pas de wi-fi et que la réception des téléphones portables n'est pas toujours excellente, je recommanderais seulement de s'équiper d'un hotspot si l'on veut regarder des films ou des programmes télévisés en continu.

Merci à Eva et son père pour l’accueil très chaleureux et la communication très facile, Ils sont également très arrangeant pour les horaires d’arrivées et de depart, La maison est top sans aucun vis à vis avec une belle piscine et 4 belles chambres, La cuisine extérieure est elle aussi très appréciable, on cuisine les pieds dans l’eau, Je recommande ce logement pour se ressourcer tranquillement, Bonne continuation à vous !

Le logement était au top ! Très bien localisé à quelques minutes de Aix et assez proche de Marseille en voiture. Nous avons énormément apprécié la piscine et les terrasses extérieures pour profiter du soleil toute la semaine. Mes amis et moi même sommes extrêmement reconnaissants envers Eva et son père pour ce séjour, avec qui la communication a été superbe et très efficace. Merci à vous Eva et bonne continuation !

Belle villa !

Belle villa avec des chambres spacieuses, les salles de bain à l'étage sont agréables mais ont besoin d'un peu de rénovation au fil du temps. Les chambres, les salles de bain, le salon et la cuisine étaient propres et prêts à l'emploi. La cuisine était très confortable, un four micro-ondes neuf, un réfrigérateur/congélateur très convivial, seul le four est à renouveler, un peu rouillé à l'intérieur. Extérieur très belle terrasse mais pas comme sur les photos. Les pierres autour de la piscine sont cassées et ne sont plus de niveau, vous devez donc faire attention où vous marchez pour ne pas tomber dessus. Aussi beaucoup de mauvaises herbes entre les pierres qui doivent être enlevées, mais cela est résolu en un rien de temps. La piscine est belle et assez spacieuse, mais le robot pour la garder propre a été cassé ces derniers jours et doit donc être remplacé. Nous n'avons pas considéré ces quelques points comme un lieu de vacances moindre. Tout peut être résolu donc pas de problème. La propriétaire était très sympathique et nous l'avons informée que le robot de la piscine était cassé afin qu'elle puisse le réparer. L'environnement est très agréable et relaxant. Fortement recommandé pour les personnes qui veulent la paix et la tranquillité et qui veulent profiter de la nature. C'est une villa haut de gamme dans un environnement haut de gamme. Les petits points peuvent être résolus, donc ce n'est certainement pas signifié négativement.

we've had a great stay and the communication with Eva was very good, the answers were quick and reliable. only negative point is, that there's no wifi in this house and a little to less cutlery. we were very happy to stay in ventabren and I would recommend it to everyone who has access to a car but is looking for something more quiet, where you are one your one

Belle location proche d'Aix-en-Provence

Très bien située (environnement tranquille; proximité d'Aix en Provence et de Marseille), cette grande villa, munie d'une grande piscine, est idéale pour 8 personnes. Communication facile avec Eva et prix très raisonnable (hors saison). Nous recommandons vivement.
