The terrace of 80 m 2, overlooking a pine forest, will allow you to relax.

Aussenanlagen sehr ungepflegt.Viel Unkraut.Wege, Terrassen teilweise zugewachsen.Nur ein WC für drei Schlafzimmer.Grosser Sonnenschirm war nicht vorhanden.Sonst ok.Preis-Leistung eher schlecht.

Un séjour parfait à Vensac

La maison de Loïc est impeccable, très agréable et bien placée tout près de Montalivet et de la plage. Nous avons pu bien profiter notamment de sa belle terrasse en bois. Les enfants ont aussi apprécié son jardin et les jeux mis à disposition. Une communication parfaite avec le propriétaire.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus hält, was es verspricht! Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war super unkompliziert! Wir sind sehr sehr nett empfangen worden! Auf jedenfall für Familien/ Freunde mit Kindern zu empfehlen! Gerne wieder!

Superbe séjour au Padahouse

Vraiment une maison agréable pour les vacances.. à quelques minutes de la plage en vélo, au calme avec un petit jardin, idéal pour les enfants. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille merci beaucoup !

Schönes Haus!

Wir haben 2 Wochen in diesem schönen Haus verbracht und waren sehr gern dort. Der Garten ist mittlerweile viel schöner als auf den Fotos, die Kinder (3 und 7) haben das Klettergerüst und das viele Spielzeug im Haus wirklich geliebt, vielen Dank dafür! Wir haben uns sehr über die Räder (mit Kindersitz) gefreut, weil wir so schneller zum Strand und zum Markt kamen. Die ganze Kommunikation war sehr nett und alles lief unkompliziert.

Schönes Montalivet

Wir hatten schöne Tage in dem gut ausgestatteten Padahaus. Es liegt nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt in einer neu entstehenden Siedlung. Daher gab es auch etwas Bautätigkeit. Etwas störend war, dass der aufstellbare Pool 6 Stunden täglich Wasserumlauf hatte, was recht laut war. Aber es hat den guten Gesamteindruck nicht beeinträchtigt.

Urlaub mit Freunden im Padahouse

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und hell, der Garten mit Pool und großer überdachter Terasse bietet für jede Wetterlage schöne Möglichkeiten. Insgesamt sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet.

Urlaub zum Entspannen

Eine sehr ansprechende Ferienunterkunft. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, die Küche ist komplett mit ausreichend Geschirr für alle Personen. Das Holzhaus wirkt sehr einladend und man fühlt sich direkt wohl und willkommen. Auf der Terrasse haben wir sehr gerne auf dem Outdoor-Sofa gesessen und die Sommerabende mit einem Glas Wein genossen. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es noch eine kleine überdachte Terrasse mit einer Hängematte, hier kann man die letzten Sonnenstrahlen genießen und relaxen. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist ideal, man ist schnell am Strand, mit dem Auto sind es nur 5 Minuten. Hier gibt es einen bewachten Badestrand. Frisches Baguette gibt es auf dem nahen täglichen Markt in Montalivet. Wir haben einen Surfkurs bei der Carakas Surf School gemacht, das hat großen Spaß gemacht. Die zwei Wochen sind viel zu schnell vorbeigegangen, wir wären gerne noch viel länger geblieben. Danke an Loic für diese tolle Ferienunterkunft!

Schönes Holzhaus in schöner Umgebung

Ein schöner Ort um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Manchmal hört man Baulärm von anderen Häusern, die dort noch am entstehen sind. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Der Weg ins Städtle als auch an den Strand ist nicht weit, das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet.

Kleine Oase am Atlantik

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! ideal für Familien mit Kindern! uns hat eine Woche gereicht und haben das Haus nur als Zwischenziel auf dem Weg zum Mittelmeer eingebaut! die Fahrräder haben uns gute Dienste erwiesen und man ist in 5 Minuten am riesigen Sandstrand! bei einer Belegung mit 6 Personen sollten man beachten das es zwar 2 Duschen und 3 Schlafzimmer gibt, jedoch nur 1 WC. Die Küche ist überkomplett mit einem Inductionsherd. Supermarkt im Ort jedoch sind wir lieber zum 20 min entfernten Carrefour gefahren, der wirklich alles hat! Internet ist da jedoch haben wir keine deutschen TV Programme gefunden! Fernsehrempfang nur über Internet-Receiver (ist angeschlossen) so das die Mitnahme von einem deutschen Sat~receiver nichts bringt. Bitte beachten das man für größere Stecker einen franz. Adapter mitnehmen sollte! kleine bzw flache Stecker passen aber überall!

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage

Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist top und es ist zu merken, dass das Haus auch privat genutzt wird, da es sehr wohnlich ist und über viel Kinderspielzeug verfügt. Eine tolle Überraschung war auch der Pool, der neu hinzugekommen ist. Platz ist reichlich vorhanden, sowohl im Haus als auch auf der großen Terrasse und im Garten. Das Haus befindet sich im Neubaugebiet, demnach wird sicherlich in den nächsten Jahren noch fleißig gewerkelt. Der schöne Markt, die Fußgängerzone, die vielen Radwege sowie die weitere Umgebung bieten jede Menge Abwechslung. Kurzum ein toller Urlaub in einem wirklich schönen Haus. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Sehr schönes mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes sauberes Haus. Sehr sympathische und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Sehr schöne idyllische Gegend. 1A Lage des Hauses, nah zum Strand und Ortskern aber weit genug weg um auch Ruhe zu genießen. Super ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Hervorragend!
