Everything about our stay here was perfect. The place was new and clean. The location could not be better. It is close to the Grand Canal and St. Mark's Square. Alberta was a terrific host and was there whenever we needed something. We were very pleased with out stay and would definitely recommend it.

Incredible & Memorable Place To Stay!

We were a family of 10 visiting Venice and the apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated right off the heart of the Grand Canal in Venice. The air conditioning was a plus! We couldn't have dreamed of a better location and our host was extremely nice and more than helpful. We will dream of this place when reflecting back on our vacation - always!

Fantastic location and beautiful property

Three couples, three nights, twelve sore feet, twelve wet shoes, and lots of happy memories. A truly wonderful place to stay in Venice-- close to everything you might need, and better equipped than most VRBO properties we've enjoyed. Worth every penny.

Excellent Location

The property manager, Alberta, was waiting for our arrival and gave us a thorough and appreciated overview of the apartment and area. The apartment was exactly as represented in the pictures, well equipped and comfortable. The location, along a canal was just steps away from the Piazza San Marco, the Vaporetto and was the perfect location. Quiet but central. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Venice with great access

It was a beautiful spacious property. The property owner was accommodating and communicative. And there were three different sleeping arrangements and they all worked out fine for our group. The location of the property could not be better. Our host had plenty of books that we could turn to to find the best things to do in Venice.

This home was beautiful, clean, comfortable and wonderfully located for me and my family. Alberta could not have been more gracious, providing us with much local color and a very detailed handbook. We were so lucky that New Years fireworks were directly outside the front door! Magical!

Great Location

Overall great stay! When we arrived water was dripping from the air conditioning unit in one bedroom. Host let us know and had it repaired the next day. It was hard for the kids to sleep the first night, but it was not the fault of the host. The apartment is charming and is in a great location.

Great stay in Venice

Our stay at this Apartment in Venice was perfect. Alberta met us and showed us around. She gave us a bunch of recommendations. The location was very convenient. A very short walk to the Basilica and Doge's palace. You are also right next to the water taxi stop. The only downside is you do have to do some steps to get into the apartment. It was no big deal for us but may be difficult for others. We would definitely stay here again.

A+ property!

One of the most beautiful properties we have ever stayed at! Our host met us at the property and showed us around the property, she was lovely and responded every time we reached out. The apartment is huge, plenty of room for six adults, and each couple had their own bathroom. Canal views from most of the windows and beautiful courtyard view from the master bedroom. From the door, the grand canal is right in front of you, water taxis and public water transportation right there! Five minute walk to Saint Mark's Square. This property is PERFECT.

Great flat in Venice

The apartment is located perfectly- right near a vaporetto stop and anout a 5-8 minute to St. Marks cathedral. Ie, the perfect home base to explore Venice. The Unit itself is great. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with a large family room and dining room so you can spread out a little when not exploring the town. It was clean, we’ll appointed, and - very important given the summer heat - well air conditioned. Alberta was an excellent host. Friendly and quick to respond to questions. Overall, highly reccomended

A lovely home away from home

My family and I rented both these apartments, and it was a fun way to have a home in Venice instead of the usual hotel thing. The house is ancient and old, but has been modernized and rebuilt inside so it is quite comfortable. The air conditioning was a godsend after walking around in the heat. It is very close to Saint Mark's square, so we strolled over there a couple of evenings when it cooled off and enjoyed it without the heat and masses of people. Very convenient and close to the vaporetti and everything else you want to do. Alberta was the perfect hostess and answered all my questions; she even arranged a taxi for us back to the airport. Thanks for letting us into your lovely house, Alberta! :-)

Outstanding!

We were a family of 10 and rented apt 2 . Unfortunate Y. I had a communication issue and misunderstood the climb to the sot. Alberta was outstanding and placed us in number 1 identical accommodations but on the first floor. The apt was more than big enough for all of us. Nicely decorated, with all the needed amenities. Great air conditioning system and I mention this because Venice is was having a significant heat wave. Perfect location and Alberta could not have been more helpful Recommend highly!

Superb accommodation in the most wonderful locatio

It is difficult to say how much we enjoyed staying in this most beautiful accommodation. It was a good choice to book an apartment and not a hotel for the eight of us as we had such a great time. The accommodation is wonderful and has everything you need for your stay. We stayed four nights and ate dinner in the apartment on one night. The window shutters at night make it so easy to sleep and the beds were comfortable. The rooms are big and having three bathrooms was perfect. Alberta was a wonderful host making sure that everything was okay for our stay. The location is perfect right near the water boat ticket office and pontoons. St Mark's Square is a short walk away. Do book a tour of St Mark's and the Doge's Palace - perfect. Also recommend Restaurant Trattoria da Nino close to the apartment. Don't eat or drink in St Mark's or on the canel. We got stung for drinks.

Truly beautiful apartment...

This is a truly beautiful apartment. It is very large, traditionally decorated and very well maintained. This is an apartment that is part of the history of Venice. There are three large bedrooms with very good beds and their own bathrooms. A family can be together easily but are not on top of one another. Alberta was a very gracious and helpful hostess....The location of this apartment is a very short distance from San Marco. It is on a crowded, major tourist route. Sounds like a drawback? Not at all! When the wooden doors from the street close behind you , and you walk down the long hall toward the internal courtyard, you take a step back in time and away from the noise and distraction of the Riva degli Schiavoni, no matter the time of day. Thank you Alberta for sharing your lovely apartment!

Wonderful accommodation and location

It is difficult to describe how lovely this accommodation is. It is in a wonderful location near to the water taxi ticket offices and pontoons. Lovely accommodation with everything you need to make your stay great. Superb location near to St Mark's. Alberta was a lovely host making our stay extra special. The accommodation is spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Eight of us stayed in No 2 and the three bathrooms were perfect. Beds were comfortable and the window shutters for perfect for night time sleeping, keeping out the noise and light. Please book an organised tour of the Doge's palace and St Marks. The queues are awful if you don't. We also recommend not eating in St Mark's or by the Canal. We paid a huge amount for one round of drinks overlooking the Canal. We also recommend the Italian Restaurant Trattoria da Nino near the apartment. Unlike some other restaurants they were welcoming, lovely and we didn't pay the earth for our wonderful meal. Thank You Alberta for our wonderful stay. Visitors you will not be disappointed if you book this accommodation. In fact, friends have already booked for October !!

Stunning Apartment!

This is a stunning apartment, especially for a small group who needs space and multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. My friends and I stayed for a week in October 2022 and we were all very pleased. It's comfortable and you cannot beat the location. Thanks Alberta for making our trip to Venezia the best ever.

Best choice for Venice vacation

We are two people but the apartment is huge and fit well for two or three couples or a family of 4 to 6. Best condition of all my Vrbo rental properties. Most convenient location to all touristic interests. Highly recommend it.

Hurry Back

We had a wonderful time. Location let us walk easily to major attractions. We felt like we were right in the middle of Venice. Alberta attended to every detail in checking us in and out, including making all the arrangements with water taxi to airport. Process was seamless. Property has great charm. We loved it.

Perfect for families

A very spacious apartment conveniently located in Venezia. Take a water taxi to the apartment from the airport, Alberta can help set up everything. She is amazing. The apartment was clean, spacious and perfect for families. Alberta also provided a crib for my daughter. Highly recommend.
