Responsiveness from hotel online was great, and hotel was much as described. No 2 rooms are alike, which added to the charm. We had 2 rooms, one without canal view which was extra spacious, and slightly smaller one with Canal view, which was fun to look out and see the boats go by. We didn`t do the breakfast buffet, as we enjoy getting to know the area in the mornings, and so many restaurants and sites are walkable. Water taxi for islands (or airport) just a 10 minute walk. The only glitch was upon arrival at train station the 1st day, we did not have a water taxi waiting as we had reserved through the hotel, so after 30 minutes in the hot sun and back & forth with front desk, it was finally resolved. Otherwise, we liked everything about this small hotel, even the roof top patio (very hot, as there is no shelter) but a lovely view of the city.

Fantastic location. Close to everything but not right in the super busy areas. Our family of four fit easily into a deluxe canal view room. The bathroom was very spacious. Air conditioning was a huge bonus. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The rooftop terrace has amazing views.

This is a cute boutique hotel. The staff were so kind and helpful and it was an easy walk anywhere we wanted to go. The only drawback was no view from the room. But we did enjoy the small terrace.

Hotel rooms in Venice are small. That’s just how it is. This hotel room was perfectly comfortable and met my needs. There was some noise outside that is beyond the hotel’s control, but travel experience has taught me to always bring earplugs for such an occasion. I got a good night’s sleep and a nice breakfast the next morning, and the staff was great.

This hotel was wonderful and accommodating. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We were able to store our things when we got there several hours early as well as use their bathroom to freshen up. I got a single room which was the perfect size for me. Few quirks, but nothing to rate down about. It was easy to get to and just far enough to make it quiet but close enough that everything is walkable!

Small, quaint, clean, with an amazing location on its own dock. Beautiful views. I got upgraded to a Jr. Suite and I’d definitely stay there again. In room Nespresso machine which I love. No on-site gym which is important to me and I thought the description said that it had one. That’s why it didn’t get a perfect score. Otherwise don’t hesitate to book here. It’s located equidistant from all the sites as well. Water taxi nearby too.

Positives: Our room was very nice. Staff was friendly. Hotel located in a central area. The hotel messaged me prior to my stay and instructed me to fill out the tax exemption which saved me money. Negatives: The door to the bathroom in my room wouldn't stay shut unless locked. The elevator did break down for about half a day, but this was due to patrons not reading the load limits. Not the hotel's fault. I thought the extra charges for towels, sheets etc was unusual. Overall it was a good experience.

Lovely boutique hotel

Nice and friendly staff, clean room with a double bed, perfect for a solo traveler. Nice quiet neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. 10 minute walk to the Rialto bridge.

Short Stay

The hotel is great for a short stay in Venice. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was just what we needed and the small terrace gave a great birds eye view if the City. Only issue was the air conditioning not working - the room was incredibly warm. We were given a fan, but air conditioning would have made us more comfortable.
