The hotel is super well located and surprisingly quiet given it is in the middle of the very busy tourist district. The rooms are cozy, luxurious and super clean. The only draw back was the lack of a common area. Breakfast was in another location - 5 minute walk - and very good. The place is hard to find. The entrance is on a side street and not very visible. There is just a desk and a person there from 7am-10pm.

Perfect location in Venice, right on St Marks Square. The hotel room was absolutely gorgeous, very traditional and spotlessly clean. It had absolutely everything you needed. The staff were very helpful with any questions we had and were happy to oblige. If we ever return to beautiful Venice I would definitely stay at this hotel, the location is exceptional, I would highly recommend this hotel.

We arrived and they moved us to a different hotel named Royal San Marco. It was not what we reserved. The location was good but the hallway was very dirty and the room was very old. Shower worked well but beds were hard and uncomfortable. If you book at the hotel, you should stay in the room you reserved. There were many unhappy customers complaining in the lobby the two days we were there. They were not happy with their rooms and did not get what they had reserved either. They explained it was a suite but it was definitely not a suite. Good luck if you book here in the future.

We had a wonderful stay in Venice. The highlight was the incredible view of Piazza San Marco—waking up to that scene felt unreal and so special. The location is perfect for walking everywhere, yet the room still felt calm and comfortable after a busy day. The staff were kind, professional, and genuinely helpful with recommendations and directions. Clean, elegant, and truly a “Venice dream” experience. I would absolutely stay here again
