La Forêt Blanche Agency offers a magnificent apartment for rent in the recently built Varsea residence, ideally located in the heart of the Vars Les Claux resort, just 400 meters from the slopes and 300 meters from the shops. Rated 3 stars and certified by the Hautes-Alpes Tourist Development Agency, this accommodation offers a high level of comfort, a prime location, and all-inclusive services.
You can enjoy a spacious terrace, three bedrooms, a private garage, bed linen, beds made upon arrival, and final cleaning.

With 70 m² of living space and a 20 m² southeast-facing terrace, the apartment can accommodate 6 to 8 people in a warm and modern setting. It is perfect for family holidays, getaways with friends, or a mountain escape in any season.

The terrace offers unobstructed views of the mountains, forest, and river, and is furnished with an outdoor sofa, table, chairs, and a barbecue. Two bedrooms have double beds (160x200 cm), each with its own en-suite bathroom with toilet. There is also a children's bedroom with bunk beds, and the living room has a sofa bed (140x200 cm).
