It was a good location for me. It was a bit loud with people walking on the upper floor and they were up till 1:00am, so I didn't sleep well. Also the mattress was not that comfortable for myself. It says it comes with air conditioner but that is not accurate. I got a "cooler" to help with the heat but it was a very old and not very effective. BC was in a heat wave. I only had a small fan in the bedroom. It was very hot in the bedroom, Over all not a very good experience for me.
