It was fine. The only problem was we kept having to get new key cards for our room cause they quot working. And i wasnt told the pool wasn't open, and that was the main reason i picked this hotel. The woman that checked me in was also the matinence person and she was so kind and nice and very helpful! She was awesome!

Upon arrival no greeting it took over 10 mins to check in. Excited about the pool just to be told it was under construction whatever walk in our room and the carpet was coming off the floor the bathroom was dirty up to the sink having toothpaste around it . The towels they provided seemed as they were vintage not washed . the heater inside the room didn’t work :( the next door people kept us up as they kept arguing most of the night pay the extra $30 and stay across the street at Best Western !

I checked in and quickly checked back out and reported to Expedia. Property was unclean and unsafe. My door was open upon arriving and the ad is misleading as the room looked nothing like the photos. Dirty, unclean smelling of cigarette smoke and unsafe. When arriving the lobby lights were off and no one at front desk. I was told by someone to go knock on the managers door who apparently lived there but I was uncomfortable with this. Attempted to call three times no ability to leave a message. I wrote on my key card sleeve to contact me and that I was leaving due to room/hotel conditions. I’ve requested a refund via Expedia as well in spite of the hotel policy as this room was unacceptable. Do not stay here if you value your safety and room cleanliness. Spend a little extra money to stay next door at Comfort Suites. Very unhappy and unsatisfied with this hotel. Place should be shut down frankly.

No Hot water, TV didn’t work, phone in room didn’t work, tried the front desk from cell phone multiple times and nobody answered. After all that went to check out and waited for 15 minutes until someone finally came to the front desk to ask for a refund, and found out they charged my CC 3 times for one night Stay.

Dirty, unsafe, and terrible are the best I can say about this place. I didn’t know places this bad existed outside of scary movies. Cut my foot on broken bathroom tile and sanitizing all of my belongings as we speak. Lady at the front desk nodded off covered in scabs ewwww

This place was horrible. Took one hour just to check in and I was only the third in line. The pool was closed, that was the reason we got the room , to go swimming. The room had cigarette burn holes and there was tape on the light switch to name a few things wrong. Will not stay again.

Broken heater I was very cold. Everything was falling apart in the bathroom the tiles the all the sun lamp the thing on the wall thing I don't know I know where it was just dumpy. We went next door to the comfort suite the next couple days and as far as the continental breakfast what a joke it was awful

This was the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The room was disgusting. Shredded drapes. Loose tile pinched my toe. Wallpaper peeling off walls. Furniture beat up in horrible condition. Mold in bathroom. Trim at the top of the bathroom filthy so bad you could see chunks of rust and debris, mirror backing peeling off. Horrible towels. Stains on the bedspread didn’t look clean and stains all over the chair, disgusting! Main door to the room didn’t close well and all beat and nasty. Couldn’t get anyone at desk to talk to, wanted refund! Also when we wanted to check in got there at 2:55 and was told checkin wasn’t until 3:00 and to have a sit. This property should be closed!

The hotel and its surroundings did not match the pictures online. As a woman traveling alone, I felt extremely unsafe and uncomfortable. The hotel was in poor condition. I was in town for a family member’s service in Vancouver, WA, and booked this hotel on Expedia due to its proximity to the church. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed a homeless shelter in front of the hotel. While that wasn’t necessarily an issue, the people around the parking lot and buildings made me uneasy. The parking lot was filthy, covered in garbage, making me question if I should even go inside. Exhausted from traveling, I decided to check it out. Inside, the hotel smelled old and stale. The front desk staff was friendly, but I felt she should have warned me. I noticed furniture wrapped in plastic and asked if they were remodeling. She confirmed renovations were happening, yet the place remained dirty. The so-called workers looked sketchy and unprofessional. There wasn’t even a number on my room, making it feel completely insecure. Nor was there a working elevator. I realized anyone could just walk in. At that point, I canceled my stay and left. There was no way I was going to spend the night in such an unsafe environment.
