Great modern hotel experience!

My first fully digital experience. I was unaware at booking but had experienced Citizen M hotels where it was 90% digital, so I was not concerned. Prior communication from the hello ironed out everything for check in and arriving went smoothly. The room was stylish, had good storage and felt comfortable. Great bathroom, lovely dreamy bed, and quiet. Being there for 3 nights I did not need my bed made daily or bathroom cleaned. This would happen if I stayed a week from my understanding.

Love how central this place is. Very easy to access, once you get used to the pincode for everything, plus you can store your luggage in one of the lockers if you arrive in Valencia early or leave late!

The building is well designed and the room was perfectly comfortable. The problem we had was getting access. Without a reception desk you have to make sure your wifi is working all day while traveling, or you will not get the code for entry. Also, if your phone doesn't work in Europe, (ours didn't) you have to wait outside until another resident comes to help you. Once inside, all was well except the TV cable was unplugged. They came and fixed that.

Fantastic location in the Historic Area. Check-in was super efficient and any requests we had were promptly fulfilled. The apartment is clean and modern, good water pressure, plenty of hot water, fast and reliable Wi-Fi. Quality beddings and towels. Comfortable mattress and seating area. Uber and Taxi's readily available. Walkable to restaurants and food markets. We felt safe here both day and night. I only wish we'd had a kitchenette, but none was available. However, it all worked fine. I highly recommend Numa for a pleasant and hassle-free stay in Valencia.

Numa Valencia La Xerea was a unique experience. We weren’t sure what to expect with the contact-less check-in and communication process but it was super efficient. I would say that’s while we appreciate the eco friendly approach it would have been nice to have housekeeping at least everything other to two days. Overall thank you for an unforgettable stay. We would definitely recommend this facility and Numa in general. We look forward to staying at other locations.

I especially liked the location of the hotel, situated in one of the quaint alleys it was a nice surprise when we arrived. The self contained hotel was a bit of a surprise for me but once I figured it out it was great. Valencia is a beautiful city and if anyone is going this hotel is a nice scenic walk from the downtown hub.

The bed was comfy and the location was great. My only complaint is that there is no daily cleaning (you have to pay a fee). Access to the property is pretty easy with the passcode they send you.

The hotel was great. Clean, quiet and spacious. My only complaint is breakfast… you must go to a local cafe to get it, it is not supplied at the hotel. It’s not as advertised. Besides that, great stay!

Located in a very quiet neighbourhood but within easy reach of the main city sights on foot. The room was very modern and the bathroom a good size. Breakfast is provided at a nearby cafe and is decent. The locker storage was a godsend on the last day and saved having to lug my luggage around the city.

Terrible experience — this company apparently operates on the strategy of ignoring reported problems, long delayed responses, with the overall effect of frustrating the customer so they just give up TV did not work, WIFi did not work. The online staff’s final response to reporting the tv was not working was to make sure the plugs were connected and then after being advised that they were and still did not work the response was Sorry that’s all we can do. I asked for a change of rooms — no response. I finally found a very polite and helpful workman on site who tried to check the cables and even replaced the tv but it still did not work. Then days after I reported the problem I get a message asking if I can send them pictures of the TV cables (which requires you to lift a large tv off the wall hook — I know this because the workman needed me to assist him in moving the tv off the wall). Instead of sending their own workman to do this, they tell the customer in a message he needs to do it. And then in a chirpy little message they say we are here 24/7 to solve your problems — 4 days after the complaint. This company has ZERO interest in their service to customers.
