Don't let the name "Dry" fool you, though. There is a swimming hole just steps away. The property offers a swimming pool, hiking trails, a large fire pit, volleyball net, outdoor pavilion, tire swings, horse shoes, soccer goals and large shade trees for enjoying nature. In the evening watch the sun set while the deer graze in the field.
