Staying in the cabin was so nice I did not want to leave to do any activities. They also put in the extra touch of decorating the property for the Christmas season giving us a home away from home that fit us all!

This was a breeze! Communication was easy. The place looked even better in person than the pictures. We really enjoyed the fireplace and all the coffee options. It was a quick 5 minute drive to both local state parks, so this is the perfect place if you are looking to be close to nature. And check out was easy, which we appreciated!

Lots of attention to detail - wine fridge, 2 pak n plays for toddlers, great coffee setup, lots of comp toiletries, extra towels and extra blankets. We needed a big space and we got one that was well planned.

The place was even better than pictured. Well stocked with many thoughtful extras that made for a very comfortable stay. Jason was great to communicate with during the entire process. Hope to be back in the future and our group will surely encourage other family members and friends to stay here.

Stayed here with two other couples for my husband’s 60th. It was perfect. Lots of room & very spacious kitchen for our “family dinner” that we cooked. Lots of small touches make this rental extra special like spices, ear plugs by the bed, bath salts for the tubs, ect… Out of all of our rentals this has been our favorite.

Great place for family to gather

The cabin was a perfect place for our family to gather. There were plenty of rooms and the property owners were great to work with! We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent short family stay

We enjoyed our short break…the house was clean, spacious, had everything required and is very well located for the State Parks. Jay was very helpful as the host.

The cabin is clean and has anything you need for cooking and relaxing with your family or friends. It’s close to Starved Rock park - the St. Louis Canyon trailhead is literally right across the street! Bathrooms had extras like makeup removal towelettes, flossers, & disposable hand towels. I would definitely rent again with a group

Starved Rock Getaway

Our party was super happy with the choice we make to stay here as the location couldn't be any better with how close this is to the state parks/Bars etc in Utica...and everything was incredibly clean and Jay's communication was spot on.Highly recommend!

Comfortable and spacious!

A group of 5 adult friends enjoyed their stay! The area is quiet and the home is well stocked, making this a great place to enjoy a weekend together.

My family and myself had a great time in this beautiful cabinA walk away from Great Bear lodge. Kids loved the indoor waterpark and huge arcade The cabin has everything we needed to have a perfect stay. We would definitely come back!!The arcade

Plenty of space for 9 women who enjoyed the cabin and the witches walk in Utica. Plenty of bathrooms for all of us to get all “witched up”. Loved all the kitchen amenities and the big dining room tables. We did all our own food and played games at the large table. Loved that we could have multiple cars as people were coming from different places and at different times.

Great family vacation!

This property was perfect! It was stocked so well even had baby gates on stairways which helped so much! It was clean, and the adult and kids loved it! Thank you for such a nice place to enjoy!
