This house is perfect for a vacation with family or a group of friends. Conveniently located, it puts all amenities within walking distance and offers access to the highway in just 5 minutes.

The accommodation consists of:

On the ground floor:

- A LIVING AREA: Equipped with 2 sofas, a large TV, and high-speed fiber Wi-Fi to stay connected.

- A DINING-LIVING AREA: A large table for 10 people awaits you for enjoyable meals with family or friends.

- A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Prepare delicious meals just like at home. You’ll find: stovetop burners, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, an oven, as well as a drip coffee maker, a toaster, and everything you need for cooking. The house is also equipped with a dishwasher for your large meals.

- A LAUNDRY ROOM: In the garage, you’ll find a washing machine with a drying rack.

- A FIRST BEDROOM: Featuring a standard bed (140x200cm), a dressing area, and its own small, separate shower room.

- A SECOND BEDROOM: This room also features a standard bed (140x200cm), a dressing area, and its own small bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and separate toilet.


Upstairs:

- TWO BEDROOMS: Each features a standard bed (140x200cm) and a dressing area.

- A THIRD BEDROOM: This room features a standard bed (140x200cm), a small bed (90x200cm), and a dressing area.

- A BATHROOM: Relax in a walk-in shower or bathtub. Towels are provided.


## Access

Access to the accommodation is simple and flexible. You’ll have the entire house to yourself so you can feel right at home.

SELF-CHECK-IN: You can check in independently starting at 5 PM using a key box. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet at the time of your arrival.

PARKING: The property has a parking spot in the courtyard.

## Notes

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of the following important information:
HOUSE RULES: The property is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Please be considerate of the neighbors between 10 PM and 8 AM.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 5 PM / Check-out by 10 AM. Flexibility is possible depending on our availability; please feel free to ask us. For any check-out between 11 AM and 1 PM, a supplement of €10 per hour will be charged.
CLEANING: Cleaning fees include a thorough cleaning of the accommodation as well as the provision of bed linens and household linens.
DEPOSIT: A deposit will be required if you book through certain platforms. It will not be charged to your account but will be held in reserve.
DIGITAL WELCOME GUIDE: A digital welcome guide will be sent to you as soon as your reservation is confirmed. To access the guide, you will need to enter your contact information, agree to the house rules, and upload a copy of your ID.
